“Good value for the money”

Very spacious room -- in fact, it was bigger than I expected. I had booked a room with a queen bed and ended up getting a king. (I certainly wasn't about to argue with them about that...) Two relatively minor complaints: the free continental breakfast wasn't much: bagels, muffins, fruit, and that's about it. (Although the coffee was quite good, I must say.) Also: I don't stay in hotels very often, but I'm accustomed to complimentary soap, shampoo, and hand lotion. My room only had complimentary soap, but no shampoo or lotion. All that said, I'd still say this place is a good value for the money.

“Very accommodating”

Only minutes from downtown Indianapolis. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Price was very affordable. Will stay again.

“Great value, but be informed when you go.”

My wife and I stayed here on our way to KY as a stopping point for the evening. There were many of positive attributes, yet a few poor ones as well. PROS: - Very clean and comfortable - Staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable. - Health center was nice addition. - Very close to the interstate and airport yet our room was very quiet!!! - Bed was really comfortable! CONS: - Did not know our exit was closed and had to navigate Indianapolis blindly, a real marriage builder. - Had no clue when breakfast was and we totally missed it, cold not find any other alternatives in the area besides Wafflehouse. - Water in our room tasted and smelled funny. - Health center was hot and sticky, dusty, had to figure out how to operate/plug in equipment. - Had difficulty getting in after 11:00p, coming from IL there was a time change. - Stay by the hotels and interstate unless you are confident in the area, seemed to be a tough neighborhood further down the road. We were in a more deluxe room as we booked late but it had some nice touches to it and made it seem a little nicer than a plain hotel room.

“Awful”

I really do hate to complain, but this hotel was awful. The room was very dirty (even the drininking glasses) and it had a terrible odor that penetrated even the clean clothes in our suitcase. We should have asked to be switched to another room, but we got in late and had to get up at 4am to get to the airport. I do regret not sharing our frustrations and we should have requested a new room. We were just very tired. I do want to praise the staff at the front desk. When we checked in and out, they were very sweet and helpful.

“It was a great deal for what I got”

The hotel was great, I lalso iked the fact that the nearby Denny's gave me a discount for staying there. One thing I did not like is that there appeared to be a shortage in face towels. I did not like taking a bath with the large towels. However, the fact that the hotel was able to accommodate my family of 6, it became a winner with me. I loved everything else.

“Pretty good for the price”

The area is pretty hum-drum. Not much is going on and there's isn't a great choice of places to eat right around the hotel. My room was non-smoking, but when I first arrived, there was a strong smoke smell. That night, I was awakened twice by the smell of fresh smoke coming into the room. I don't know where it came from, but it was disgusting. I didn't report it though, my fault, but I did buy some febreeze and attacked the room when I got back the next day. It seemed to make it better. The breakfast is reasonable with the cost of stay...nothing fresh made except the coffee, bagels and wrapped muffins. I didn't try out the pool. TV selection is good. If you are there for less than a week, they won't do any housekeeping, but it wasn't a problem in my case (3 nights). The staff is pretty hands-off unless you need something and then they are very helpful. I had no issues.
