“Smokey is no longer just a bear”

The entire hotel smelled like smoke... even the non-smoking room.

“Disgusted.”

We weren't expecting much but we got less then we expected. The hotel staff was rude and unresponsive. The hotel room was in disrepair . The furniture and bedding were old - the mattress was marshmallow soft / the pillows were hard as rocks/recliner upholestry was peeling; and the light in the bathroom did not work.

“very good for the price”

I booked this for my best friends birthday weekend and we were very impressed! It had a pull out couch with a king size bed, a small table and kitchen area with a fridge, stove and dishwasher. The overnight staff could have been a bit nicer when we asked for pillows, but the day and evening staff made up for it.

“Room was "worn." Could use a rehab (carpet, lamp, furniture).”

For the price and for one night it was sufficient for my needs - a place to sleep. I would not recommend it for a vacation or extended stay. My room was in need of a rehab - everything worn out.

“3 Star Rating Was Misleading”

It was terrible, from waiting long time (no one at front desk) to check in; to musty, smelly room, squealing shower head, narrow/dangerous tub, cigarette burns in linens and openly soiled mattress

“Great overnight stay after late colts game - hot breakfast bar in the am”

Hotel was easy to find close to shopping on north side of Indy. Easy access to 465 off 96th street. Loved the pool and courtyard area and room had a full size frig and microwave (mini kitchen)

“wont stay there again”

The halls and elevators smelled stale and like cigarette smoke. My room didn't tho, which was great. The first room I was in, the toilet and bathtub backed up and the bathroom sink knob wouldn't go to the hot side. When I came back to sleep on the second night, my room hadn't been cleaned or new towels. I called the desk for another room on the next morning, and was treated like I was bothering the attendant. Got in the second room to take a shower because I couldn't use the one in the first room. I left for the day. When I came back for my last night of sleep, guess what? Nobody cleaned the room, or brought fresh towels to that room either. I guess the only way to get a room cleaned and fresh towels is to change rooms each day.

“Not too bad”

I would recommed this hotel to others. Location was great. Room set up was perfect for kids and pool was really nice. On the down side, there were some cleanliness issues. For example clumps of dog hair in the cracks of the couch and hair in the tub. Silverware had to be rewashed before using. But otherwise, not bad.
