Pretty close to two museums

6泊しました。24時間コーヒーと紅茶の飲み放題とコンチネンタルブレックファースト付きは便利でした。サークルセンターまでは徒歩5分くらいで、立地も素晴らしいです。2つの美術館が目の前にあり、また散歩できる公園があるので気晴らしに歩いてみるのも良いです。夕飯はホテルかと連結されているTGIFでテイクアウトしたりして過ごしました。一つ残念であった点は、ドライヤーと冷蔵庫が設置されていたら更に満足することになったでしょう。

A little expensive for jet a room. Not a lot of paking for non valet parking and expensive to park.

Alles bestens, vor allem im Gegensatz zu meinem Hotel danach in Washington. Nichts zu beanstanden, besser geht es auf dem Preislevel nicht.

Sport Watch Missing

We stayed at this particular hotel because of the location to our sporting event. While the accommodations were fine, we left disappointed when my son's sport watch (Christmas gift) went missing from our room. Physically returned within hours of checking out. Hotel staff said they checked our room but there was no watch. We left Indy thinking maybe my son may have actually packed it and we would find it when we got home but it was not in any of our bags. He knew exactly where he left it in our room. Called the hotel the next day. Was told the manager stepped away from the desk but would call me back. A front desk person called me back saying the manager left for the day. Received a message from the manager the next morning (two days after our stay) stating there was no watch found and that "the guests" are responsible for their own belongings. She said my only recourse was to file a report with the police and she then would write up an incident report. We travel quite a bit and I have never had anything like this happen. Extremely disappointing!

The front desk staff were very accomodating due to our schedule and possible timing of check out. Very friendly and worked with us.

Good room. Wish I had been allowed to eat

The room was great. Booked it to have a girls night for a friend's birthday, and it served all of our needs. However.. It seems that if you come to the "complimentery" breakfast 15 minutes before it ends, you're not allowed access to the refrigerated items and most of the food. The lady who was restocking for the next day was very rude, glared, and informed us that, "Once it was locked away or on her cart we could not touch any of it".(Mind you breakfast was not over yet) Oh, but when other people came down 5 minutes 'til end, it was "help yourself". Last time I checked a "complimentery" breakfast allowed you to eat during your stay and not make you feel unwelcome.

The hotel was very nice, looked new/updated. We did find some cleaning supplies in the shower that the housekeeper had left behind and some debris left on the bathroom floor. Aside from the bathroom, the rest of the room looked very nice, great view! The bed was a little harder than I prefer, did not sleep very well. Employees were all very friendly.

location, location, location

My husband and I wanted a one-night getaway without the kids. The location across from the museums and canal walk was perfect for us. Hint: We parked at the Whitewater Park garage, and it was a little cheaper ($20 overnight) than the hotel parking. If you buy a ticket to a museum, you can get a voucher for even cheaper parking ($3). We ate on-sight at the TGIF's. We were treated well at the restaurant, and the man at the front desk gave us a coupon to use in the restaurant, which saved us even more. The morning breakfast was adequate, although we were a little disappointed that there was no waffle maker. My husband enjoyed the biscuits and gravy. The room was also adequate and clean.

Quick but friendly stay

I arrived late and was leaving early, but the woman working at the front desk took the time to open the kitchen and get me some fruit and a muffin for breakfast since I was leaving before their breakfast opened. I was able to easily get a cab the next morning to my appointment and all of the staff was friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom were clean and newly refinished.
