Staff was great and very accommodating with having an infant- supplied a pack and play with sheets so we did not have to bring this item. Very helpful with great breakfast!

Did not get the room I booked with a stand alone jetted tube, so they gave me a downgrade with a combo jetted tub & shower. Jets didn’t work, front desk was very rude about it. Will not return.

We have stayed hete before. We appreciate that they allow dogs ( for a fee of course), but our pet is small and she is 13, so boarding her is not going to happen. Overall, we luke the location. Convenient to getting to and from stores, restaurants. Etc. Our chuld attends Butler University. Qe come to visit and go to a basketball game every now and again. Recently, I had a room key issue. ( the card would not unlock the door) this created a problem of time. We were running late and had to deal with this in addition. Things happen, we understand, but timing was poor. Then, we needed a third blanket, the one in the closet provided by the hotel, had a terrible odor. My wife went to the front desk to get another. They did not have one to offer, and gave her a difficult time about it. That was disappointing. I believe the customer service was poor by the way it was handled. She rarely complains at these places thst are ripe for complaints and just wsnted something simple, and the person who handled it, didnt really want to, and put her as a nuissance. Some people are not cut out to be in a service type job, this guy is one of them. So, the hotel is ok, but a roll of the dice what staff member you will get.

Room was clean and nice. Only issue was tub was slow to drain, and pull up for shower was stuck. Finely got it to move, but was afraid of breaking it.

Bed is comfortable, and staff are pleasant. I would suggest that you have some sort of rule about children under 12 not being at the breakfast bar, or in the elevators. The kids were just having fun and no one telling him not to, so I think it was the parents that were to blame. There were three boys just laying in the elevator going up and down, when other people were using the elevator which limited space in the elevator. Also a lot of nine and 10-year-olds were using the coffee, tea and supplies meant for hot chocolate, and wasting a lot of it leaving none for the other guests. During breakfast, they would monopolize the waffle machine just to have fun making waffles it appeared and made a huge mess. I’ve traveled with my kids and grandkids teams and have never seen this before.

Room was 78 degrees and smelled musty. We turned air on the wall thermostat before we went out hoping room would cool. It didnt. Apparently it was window unit and wall thermostat was not hooked to anything. Room needs a good Febreeze.

Had to move rooms. Should have asked for a second move. First room a/c wasn't working. Second we are pretty sure wasn't either but figured out how to turn the fan on so made it work for the night. Had great difficulty getting the shower to work and sediment was coming out of the jets in the tub. Carpet is peeling up. Musty odor. It's an older hotel - definitely needs some updating and maintenance work. Convenient location. Staff was great!

Check in quick and efficent . Young man was very helpful answering a couple of questions about the area I asked. Ryan ,I believe it was doing a great job. Love the layout of the property Elevators right by desk with easy access to lobby for coffee and breakfast .Clean room. nice layout .clean bathroom . Everything was great with plenty of walkable dining and a starbucks

Smelly rooms like B.O.
It was horrible. Our first room, room 416 smelt like B.O. Our second room wasn’t much better. The management needs to address this asap. Will not be staying there and do not recommend staying there.

When we first arrived, the room had a musty smell to it. The smell never really did go away but was less noticeable by checkout, whether we just got used to it, or the smell dissipated, who knows. The room appeared clean, just had a scent. The rest of the hotel seemed clean and odor free.

Fantastic Location, Room Noise not Great
The location and walkability of the hotel is FANTASTIC. The front desk staff and other hotel staff were great too, very personable. Our main issue was the wall air conditioning unit was really loud. We didn't sleep well the four nights we were there because of the noise (and I am not a light sleeper). Also, the walls are a little thin. One night we could hear our neighbor's TV really late into the night. We would love to stay there again but will probably not do it, especially for a long trip. Even though we loved how we could easily walk to so many things (which was especially nice when one of us had to be away from the hotel all day while the other worked offsite), the lack of sleep due to the noise really took its toll - and the big reason for the hotel as to have a place to sleep.
