“overbooked”
Booking Sites caused the hotel to be overbooked, so we did not get the rooms we booked. As a result, my party was crammed into rooms that were extremely inadequate. In addition, food we put in the refrigerator went bad because of an electrical problem that caused a power outage to half of the outlets in our room. We were told repairs would be soon, but when we checked out, the repairman had not arrived, two hours later then he should have. The rooms otherwise would have been adequate for an appropriate party.
“always know exactly what to expect with hampton inns”
Good hotel, good rate. served our weekend purpose for needing a hotel. pool was nice, rooms clean, good (free) breakfast buffet and location convenient for where we needed to be. always know what youre going to get at a hampton inn, which is why we always stay there. you can count on them being clean and in good condition.
“Adequate”
I like the consistency of Hampton Inn, always nice pilows, nice service and good breakfast. There was one thing I didn't like however. The doors were heavy and loud and there is a big door at the end of the halway of the first for that is very loud. So everytime someone left on came in you could hear the doors. If the air blower in the room was on the noise was muffled very well but as soon as the blower went off there was the noise again and I was awakened. The air conditioner was not such that you could just set the fan to stay on. If you stay here be sure to bring your white noise box.
“indianapolis trip”
The hotel was really nice. It had a decent breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately it was not in the area we needed it to be in, but it worked out fine. The rooms were very clean.
