“Pretty hotel with great service.”

This hotel is worthy of a downtown location, but is unfortunately outside of main areas in Indianapolis. At least a 20 minute drive to downtown. It is new and everything is in great condition. We never had any problems with noise or anything in disrepair. This was great given the fact that we were there for GenCon, one of Indianapolis' busiest events of the year. We had a great time and will stay again if needs be.

The hotel was great. Shuttle service to the airport was convenient and timely.

“Love the Hilton Garden Inn”

No complaints here, EXCEPT that the toilet paper was *awful*. Everything else in the hotel was so comfortable and exceeded expectations. It was literally the only thing I would change about our stay. That being said, I would stay again in a hot minute, but just bring my own TP! (Really, it was terrible). The restaurant was great, but a much better deal at lunch and dinner. As a diabetic, I found few things to eat at breakfast but I managed. The pork tenderloin sandwich (a staple of Indiana) was one of the best I have ever had. Can't say enough about the wonderful bathtub and comfy beds. Great service all the way around.

“Colts Game”

This appears to be a newer property and I was impressed with it. The only negative, and it's a minor one, is the location. There's a Hampton Inn next door and other than that there is nothing at this exit. If local entertainment is an issue this is not the place to stay. This hotel has a small restaurant in the lobby. I ate dinner there and the food was very good. They also have a small bar area. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection, price and quality. My expectation of hotel restaurants is that they are over-priced and generally offer average quality and poor service. That was not the case here. In fact on Saturday I stopped down at the bar to have a drink before going to dinner with some friends and found that the bar was not yet open. The waitress opened up 45 minutes early just to get me a beer. I stopped back for dinner on Sunday and the service was just as good. The room is a standard hotel room. Very clean. Being new helps of course, but the furniture is in excellent condition. Large TV. Good selection of stations (more than 40 including ESPN). I used the swimming pool, exercise room adn the hot tub. The pool was not over-chlorinated, as many hotel pools tend to be. Water temperature was very comfortable. The hut tub and pool were both clean and the pool area was spotless. The exercise room is standard size for a hotel but the equipment was above average. Elipticals had individual TV's and head sets are available for each one.

“great place to stay near indianapolis airport”

We stayed here for one night only on a college visit to purdue. Close to airport, easy to find, clean and well appointed, can't go wrong with this hotel.

“THE STANDARD ALL HOTELS SHOULD STRIVE TO ATTAIN.”

HOTEL WAS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED NEAR (WITHIN FOUR MILES) THE INDIANAPOLIS AIRPORT. CHECK IN WAS MOST PROFESSIONAL AND INFORMATIVE. REGISTRATION STAFF WERE IMPECCABLE IN DRESS, ARTICULATE AND ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION. HOTEL STAFF WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE MY STAY FIRST CLASS. TURNED MY RENTAL CAR INTO THE AIRPORT AND WAS TRANSPORTED VIA HOTEL SHUTTLE TO AND FROM THE HOTEL IN A TIMELY COURTEOUS MANNER. DEPARTED THE HOTEL AT 4 AM TO CATCH MY FLIGHT AND THE HOTEL SHUTTLE WAS STANDING BY EARLY TO MEET MY NEEDS. ROOM WAS SPOTLESSLY CLEAN, NEAT AND COULD NOT ASK FOR BETTER SET-UP. HOTEL AMENITIES (INTERNET ACCESS, POOL, EXERCISE FACILITIES) WERE FIRST RATE. DID NOT HAVE TO GO ANY FARTHER THEN THE HOTEL RESTAURANT FOR FOUR-STAR DINING, REASONABLE PRICES AND IMPECCABLE SERVICE. THIS HOTEL IS THE STANDARD BY WHICH ALL ACCOMMODATIONS AND DINING SHOULD STRIVE TO ATTAIN.

“Great Place to Stay”

The staff were very friendly and had suggestions for places to watch the BlackHawks game. The checkin was fast and easy. Nice Job!
