Nice hotel located near the airport.

Check in was easy and staff was very friendly. Room was very spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I will stay here again when I come back in the summer.

Nice stay

Nice place to stay if you are flying out early. They have a very clean hotel and rooms. The room are large and are very handy. Would like it better if they had a free breakfast.

Getting worse..

Called from airport for shuttle. Was put on hold for 10 minutes. Twice.Had to take a cab eventually. Amber in front desk was unfriendly. Morning breakfast buffet staff was following a no smile policy. Stayed three times so far..won't stay again..

Thank you for the review of our Hotel, but I believe you may have us confused with another area Hotel. I am sorry we do not have an Amber on the front desk and we do not provide a morning buffet. We do a full cooked to order hot breakfast every morning. I do apologize if you experienced a problem at one of the area Hotels and would encorage you to try our Hotel in the future. I am sure you will enjoy your stay and the excellent service we provide.

I was a little disappointed in our stay only because it was icy/snowy outside and getting into the hotel was a little sloppy. I've stayed here at other times of the year and it was fine but the cold weather made it not so fun to be downtown. The lobby was frigid because of the front door opening and closing all the time and the coffee service is right there. I tried to hide behind the fireplace for warmth but it didn't help that much.

Perfect for Airport Travel

Awesome. I forgot my phone charger and the front desk man even went to his own car to lend me a charger. Great service. Great Quality.

overpriced for area

There was nothing wrong with our room, and we didn't experience any problems. However, I just felt staff we encountered could have been a little more friendly. They weren't exactly rude, but didn't smile or greet us or thank us for our business. The hotel wasn't too far away from where we wanted to go but it was in the middle of no where. I felt it was slightly overpriced for the area.

Excellent value for money

Location: Convenient to airport and near decent restaurants in Plainfield.
Lovely facility - modern, clean and well-appointed. Linens and pillows were definitely above hotel average, and everyone on staff was plesant and professional.
