Excellent hotel with a free breakfast for the price.It's located next to the highway, shopping and multiple restaurants. Everything was clean, I felt safe and the price was great. Definitely I would recommend.

For the price, everything was excellent. Easy check in and out, great water pressure in the shower, with soaps/ shampoo/ conditioner, plenty of towels, swimming pool and breakfast. You definitely get your money's worth.

Price was good. Front desk staff was perhaps having a bad day.a couple of hairs on the sink. The toilet flush sounds like the your inflight on a 747.

Breakfast was great, clean and a good selection. Our room had paint chipped off on the walls, and there was tape holding the nightstand top together. My daughter also found a dirty sock in the fold out sleeper sofa.

I really enjoyed staying at this holiday inn. The room was spacious, the ends very comfy and there was a very good desk to work on. Breakfast was better than most and there was space to read and write, which is important to me . The gym was alright

On Sun Nov 5 the elevator wasn’t working so my handicapped husband had to take stairs from the 3rd floor. It was extremely difficult.

I really wanted to get a workout in and the step machine was in poor working condition. I also couldn’t get the TV in there to work. The guy at the front desk said he doesn’t know anything about the equipment in there and didn’t get up out of his chair and try to help me. The workout room was just around the corner from the front desk. Please teach your employees about customer service.

We only stayed one night, but our stay was excellent. Checking in was hassle free and super easy. Our room was very clean and everything worked. Breakfast in the morning was really good. Staff was super nice and courteous. I don't have any complaints and definitely recommend.

No Elevator
Elevator was out the entirety of my stay (my room was on the 3rd floor). No one contacted me about any form of concession based on the inconvenience. When I stopped at the front desk to inquire, the gentleman was wearing a hoodie and did not seem able to do anything about my situation. I will not stay here again. Problems like elevator malfunctions occur. The lack of response was the problem

Disappointed for the first time
I checked in my room discovered many things wrong with the room. Refrigerator was defrosting and water was everywhere on the floor, fleas in the bathroom, phone didn’t work and table and phone sticky, remote stopped working in the night, pillows very flat and uncomfortable. I was eventually moved to another room but now I have several payments pending my chase account and will have to work to get one reversed if it’s not automatically fixed. I’m so disappointed and have no plans of staying here again! I do want to thank Kyren for all his help in trying to fix the matter and make the rest of my stay better.
