Overall experience was good. Our toilet was broken and ran all night, I had to keep taking the lid off of the tank to fix it because they couldn't until the next day. Other than a broken toilet our stay was enjoyable.

Night StayPosted Mar 2, 2015
Pros: Convenience to the mall and other dining venues in Downtown via the covered walkways
Cons: Room Temperatures and walls do not provide for adequate sound privacy
Location: Great Dining, night life, museums, concerts, shopping, colleges, and sporting events
The staff was very pleasant and attentive. Self-Parking could be a bit tricky if you have a large vehicle. Spaces are very tight and maneuverability difficult. Walls are thin, so you hear a lot of hallway noise. (We were roomed right next to the ice machine). The room was also very warm--couldn't adjust thermostat below 65 degrees or turn on A/C. We had difficulties with our shower-it was either too hot or too cold. Would try this hotel again and see what happens!

You pay for locationPosted Mar 1, 2015
My expectations for this room was high and I was disappointed. The inside of the hotel is beautiful. The room is a just a basic room. Bed, dresser, tv, and refrigerator. No microwave, you pay $3 if you drink the water supplied in the room. Upon our arrival we found pills laying in the floor. granted it was only aleeve, it proves the room was not cleaned propertly!

Nice hotel Within walking distance of everthing.Posted Feb 17, 2015
We stayed at the Hyatt for valentine's day. It was a nice room with beautiful lobby. The Skywalk to circle center was great also since it was freezing outside. The room was nice and clean, and we did not hear anyone. The only issue we had was the hot tub was more like a warm tub.

you can depend on a great experience.Posted Feb 16, 2015
I have stayed at this Hyatt many times over the last 3 or more decades. From check in to check out they never disappoint. Many long term staffers, very unusual in this industry.

Connected to Convention Center at decent rate.Posted Feb 15, 2015
Pros: Proximity to Convention Center all indoors.
Cons: Very slow check out in early morning. No expedited check out used.
Location: This is the most boring city that I have ever visited . Sites and things to do not well advertised or encouraged.
Had to call 2 of the days to get my room serviced. Lacks sensitivity for persons with disabilities. Accommodation in Bathroom, elevators etc subpar.

Stayed to dine at the Eagle's Nest.Posted Feb 14, 2015
The overall experience was excellent! A little more $$$ than I usually am willing to pay for a hotel and dinner but well worth the money!
