Pros: Good location. Quiet rooms.
Cons: Staff very enthusiastic and young but a bit inexperienced. Checkout was a bit difficult
Location: Indy has every chain restaurant known to man and mostly empty so service is good.
Decent hotel in a good location at a reasonable price. Flashier hotels nearby are double the price.

You won't be disappointed!

Posted Mar 25, 2015
Pros: The staff's helpfulness, clean room, and the fridge is a must. Close to everything. You won't be disappointed!
Cons: nothing, it was just fabulous!
Location: Many places to eat, drink and be festive ..Circle City Mall is attached to the hotel. The best place for fun was the Slippery Noodle.
My gf and I came to Indy for the Bob Seger concert on the 22nd. Having never stayed here before, I wasn't sure what to expect. We were greeted by the Valet who was VERY helpful & went beyond to help us. Upon check-in, the concierge was wonderful, giving us such a great room, smiling the whole time. The room was just super! The bed was SO incredibly soft, and the view was just great! Since the concert was postponed, we did a walkabout of the city and had such a nice time anyway. The only minus would be the price on drinks, but they were high all over the city, be prepared. All in all, great time, great staff, great room. I will be staying here again :D

Excellent hotel close to everything

Posted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: Close to everything. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff.
Location: Circle Center mall, Bankers Life Fieldhouse, Lucas Oil Stadium, Convention Center, movie theaters, dozens of restaurants close by.
Great hotel with friendly staff. Even the employees at Starbucks (conveniently located in the lobby) were so nice. The room was clean and modern and the beds were very comfortable. We were able to just walk a few short blocks to Bankers Life Fieldhouse for a Pacers game. We were also able to go shopping at Circle Center Mall (without having to go outside) via the Skywalk. We will definitely be booking a room here again!

Pros: I don't have anything to complain about that I didn't like.
Location: The location is central and many things are within walking distance including many restaurants and a mall.
A group of friends and I attended an event at the Lucas Oil Stadium. The hotel was closely located within walking distance, which was wonderful. We also walked to Bankers Life Fieldhouse, the canal, and other things. The first night, we were on the eighth floor, but I requested to have a room higher. The staff was among the most friendliest that I have ever encountered. The rooms were clean and spacious. They granted my request and I had a room on the 15th floor. The view from the rooms are awesome. I would definitely chose to stay here the next time I am in Indianapolis!

Conveniently located in the heart of Indianapolis

I met some old friends in indy for the night to catch up. We stayed at the Hyatt and loved it. Checkin literally took less than two minutes. The room was recently updated and was extremely clean. Staff was friendly and the level one bar was a great place to catch the NCAA selection show, and have a drink and appetizer before dinner. We also went back for a night cap. It was a $10 round trip uber ride to Mass Ave (a must visit spot for casual good food and drinks). The next morning we stepped right out the front door of the hotel and into Cafe Patachou for breakfast (another must visit). We will definitely stay here again when visiting downtown. I only live 60 miles north of indy, but I would spend the money again for the convenience when wanting to enjoy downtown and/or meet up with friends!

Hyatt Regency in Indianapolis

The room and the staff were nice. One major thing that was really off putting to me was when I was charged for two bottled waters that were in my room. I did not ask for them and as soon as I saw that they cost money, I made sure to not drink them. As we were checking out, they were confirming that we ordered two waters. I told them no and that we made sure not to touch them. They said I wouldn't be charged for them, but I checked my bank account and they charged me for them. Everything else was great except for that.
