My best friend and I stayed at the hostel after traveling for a concert. At the hostel, we found incredibly friendly and helpful staff, as well as clean rooms and bathrooms. There was lots to do (biking path, fall festival in full swing) and many friendly people about. And quiet hours from 10pm until 10am?!? Where can you find that in a regular hotel??? The last regular hotel I stayed in, there were loud parties late into the night and screaming children. The hostel was SUPER QUIET after quiet hours went into effect. We will definitely stay here again.

Our family drove several hours to Indianapolis to attend the state fair. Thus we were pretty tired and a little stressed from the drive. On arrival we were pleased to find the room was nice and comfortable although you can kind of tell that the buillding itself is somewhat older. The weekend buffet breakfast was reasonably priced and the food was very good, especially the "real" sausage and bacon. The staff was extremely helpful when we needed to book an additional room for more family members who joined us later in the weekend. If we need a hotel in Indianapolis again we will definitely consider this one.

We arrived earlier than I had discussed with the owner, but during the regular check-in time, to find no one there. I could over look that, because we had discussed a later time. I was told we would be put in a different room than I had reserved. I had reserved a room with 2 beds, we ended up with a room with a bed and a sleeper sofa. When I asked for sheets for the sofa, she brought them in and dropped them on the chair. When I went to make the bed, the sheet did not fit the bed. Before she left I asked about breakfast, I was told it was a continental breakfast and we could help ourselves. If we drank coffee she would set the timer on the coffee pot earlier if we needed it. The continental breakfast was so bad that we left and bought breakfast. No milk, it looked like a few left overs stuck in the refrigerator. Back to the room...the toilet kept running, I had to take the top off the tank and fix it so it would stop. The shower was a trickle. This was my daughters first experience at a B & B, it was such a disappointment.
