“Great Stay! First time at a Jameson Inn--we will definitely be back!”

We had a fantastic stay here. The worth for the price is fantastic. The hotel common area is very nice and open and clean. The front desk staff is phenomenal. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. The manager, Jill, was extremely helpful ameliorating a minor issue we had. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be back. The proximity to a lot of great amenities and the city itself is also great.

“we liked it”

One little glitch with the water pressure for a couple hours but outside of that enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast and delicious biskets and gravy.

“Ten Minutes from downtown”

Jamison Indy West is just ten minutes from downtown via I65. Great location if your wanting to avoid the high costs of staying in an overpriced downtown hotel.

“made it easy”

I had a one night reservation. I drove down from Michigan City to Indy to take my daughter to an appt. at Riley Childrens Hospital. Our appt was at ten o'clock Indy time and we got in and out relatively quick. I didn't know what our check in time was at the hotel so I stopped in thinking it would be at noon only to find out it was 3 oclock. I was so tired from having to be up at 4 a.m to drive to Indy and didn't know what I was going to do until the 3 oclock check in time with a disabled child. but the hotel desk person was so nice they checked us into a different room with an additional bed at no extra charge. God Bless them for that. It made it so much nicer to know I could get my daughter out of her wheelchair. Everything and everyone was very nice and the hotel was wonderful

“Reasonably priced; good business hotel”

This hotel is close to Eagle Creek offices, as well as the Eagle Creek airport. We just needed a hotel for one night while we stopped of in Indianapolis for a quick visit with an aunt. The hotel was reasonably priced. Nothing fancy, but clean and the beds were comfortable. Internet access in the rooms was free (something we look for). Breakfast was available in the morning, although we didn't eat there so can't comment on quality. Overall, met our needs ande would stay there again.

“Everything was great.”

the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was great. Fresh fruit and bagels and the bisquits and gravy were very good. The laundry facilities where very clean and the machines worked well. The dryers would dry until you would turn them off, which was a pleasant you usually have to keep feeding quarters to get everything dry. The hotel was centrally located 20 minutes downtown, 8 minutes from the brickyard, and 5 minutes from the universities. I will go back again.

MTT Buffet on 38th street about 2 miles east of the hotel was just about the best oriental food I've ever eaten.

“Near "an" airport”

We picked this place because it said it was near the airport. But as it turns out, its near the old airport, not the one in use today. Overall it was a nice place and I'd recommend it to anyone.

“Love Indy!!!”

Hotel shuttle was 1 1/2 hrs late picking us up from airport-I called 2X while waiting. They sd they were very sorry. left late, traffic etc. Coming in from CA we were very tired & grumpy. Shuttle driver/Breakfast chef-Willie-was great at lightening our mood. When we arrived & got to our room, much to our surprise, there were snacks & water along w/a nice note from the manager, Jill. Husband went to desk to ask about stores within walking distance & David volunteered to take him wherever he needed to go! He took him to 2 different stores! Wow-we were so impressed w/friendliness of everyone there! We would recommend this hotel to anyone. Close to O'Reilly Raceway Park. Good breakfast items. Target & restaurants nearby too.

“Nice place to stay!”

We enjoyed our stay at the Jameson. It was tidy, and the the beds were very comfortable. It was quiet and well kept. I didn't use the pool, but some of our group did, and enjoyed themselves thoroughly. The staff was very courteous, with an extra thank you nod to the shuttle driver, who stayed late to get us to the hotel from the airport. Breakfast wasn't wonderful, but it was passable.

“Stranded at Midnight in Indianapolis”

This motel advertised that it had a shuttle from the airport. I arrived at 11:30 p.m. and did not want to have to deal with a rental car or try to navigate at night in a strange city. When I called, I was told that the shuttle quit running. I cancelled a previous reservation because they contacted me ahead of time and told me there was not shuttle. I was left stranded and had to find alternative transportation at midnight, The location is excellent if you want to go to the Indianapolis 500.
