Cons: Nothing
Location: great location close to food, close to major highways and airports.
nice people, close to good food, and close to airport of which they took us and brought us back to our car on return.

Disappointed in this hotel

Pros: The water pressure for the shower was excellent.
Cons: I would think a better upkeep in general. Even the parking lot had lots of pot holes in it so it seems to be a lack of care about the hotel as a whole
Location: Downtown Indianapolis was amazing to check out. Lots to see and do.

First off, we booked our rooms 2 months in advance, but when we got there first they pt us in a back corner of the hotel (not easily accessible to the front lobby), second once we got to our rooms the keys did not work, so we had to drive back up front, finally we got and keys working and our rooms were dirty...literally old towels on the ground with a horrible odor that hit you in the face. Thus, we had to drive back up front and one woman acted as if it were an absolute inconvenience to her that she had to find us a new room. If it had not been midnight, I would have left. We ended up not staying there for our whole stay...I have too many reasons to detail. Long story short...DO NOT STAY THERE!

Cons: Better safer parking, better breakfast, no surprises on term parking.
Parking for flyers is way too dark and dangerous. Was caught off guard about fee to stay and fly. Nothing in the material I saw told of a fee. Staff wonderful, allowed me to park in a better lighted area. Found a suspicious car in lot that took off when I came in. Will not use this motel again for traveling. Also, breakfast was fair at best. At best.

It is a 10-15 minute drive to downtown. It is suppose to be smoke free but my room stunk like old smoke. I was afraid to walk barefoot on carpet and lay in bed do to appearing/smelling musty & not clean. I would not recommend

Pros: receptionists were very helpful and nice - Emily and Kelli.
Cons: rooms are too congested; hallway carpets could be lighter color or more light to be added.
Location: adjacent Indy's family restaurant and Library restaurant were good.
Not as I expected. A one star hotel in KL, Malaysia is even better than this.

When we got our room it was in the back where extended stay cars park. It didn't seem like a secure long term parking location. All the upper unit rooms had their windows open- thought that was odd until we went into our room... It had a strong, very strong smell of cat urine! We immediately left the room and went to the desk. The staff was awesome and they allowed us to see another room. We were satisfied with that room. It's an ok room but I have stayed at a lot better. Don't think I would recommend it to others.
