The staff was helpful. But the computers were not working the remote did not work, the room and halls smelled funky and there were kids running all over.

not clean poor service

Posted Jun 10, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Bad location, and numerous potholes in driveway
Check in person was very cold and hard to understand. Rug in room was filthy. Beds were not made, room not cleaned after first night of 3 night stay. No fresh towels

Pros: We appreciated that the hotel was quiet, and we heard no noise from the other rooms or the nearby interstate.
Location: Several good restaurants are nearby.
The hotel is in a convenient location for visiting our family.

Dangerous part of town.

While the room was clean and amenities adequate, the hotel is located in an unsafe area. I would not bring children to this part of town after dark. And as always, take responsibility for your own protection.

Hotel was excellent value for the price . In a great location for dining and close to downtown. The hotel is very dated and rooms were adequate for a short visit . No Pool .

Staff was fabulous

Posted May 7, 2014
Pros: Cost
Cons: Beds and bedding
Location: Plenty to do and eat, there are plenty of restuarants within walking distance.
The Staff was very helpful. Ms. Ruby made me a waffle! Downside was that my bed was kind of lumpy.

Updates needed, from staff to building.

Posted Mar 7, 2014
Pros: Not a thing!
Cons: Level it and build a new hotel, restaff and train them right.
Location: A highway, to drive far far away from this terrible place.
We pulled up into the hotel during a snow storm. We were traveling with out 4 month old puppy so while I walked him my boyfriend went in to check us in. The behind the desk, large white headphones on, paying no attention to guests. Once he got his attention, headphones did not come off. Checked him in with them on the whole time. Looking for our room, noticed how old everything looked and smelled. The building had cracked tile at the back entrance, and was just run down. Room was typical drab room, hearing everything around us including the tv in the room next door. Middle of the night sounded like a heard of elephants were running thru the hall but of course, Mr Headphones downstairs wouldn't hear the phone to call and complain. Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Staff were very helpful, room was what it needs to be, location is adjacent to I-70, breakfast was very good and the price was excellent. We have stayed here before and will stay here again.
