I would not recommend anyone to stay here as the pictures do not match the current conditions of the hotel. We ended up being out the money for our second night plus having to book another hotel. There was mold in the bathroom. The pool area was following a part and the water was gross. Smelled like wet dog and marijuana everywhere. I will never stay at this hotel or its chains again.

The diversity of the clientele felt good and welcoming. There was a loud dispute / fight that erupted between 1 and 2am. Very disturbing for me and my guest. Probably disturbed all who could hear that commotion. It lasted longer than it should have. There were children involved. I am not judging the management, but it diminished my experience. I've stayed in La Quinta in Boston, which was excellent, and other cities, so I stand by the quality of the hotel. I imagine domestic dispute can happen anywhere.

The hotel had a weird smell to it. In our room, there was unfinished drywall mud, the door to the bathroom was chipped off, the doors to the rooms need painted, the mattresses had stains all over them, the lamp next to the bed didn’t work, the cable in our room didn’t work and there were kids jumping up and down and being loud in the room above us. Needless to say we didn’t stay. The staff was fairly friendly, but they really need to upkeep this hotel.

Overall the hotel is rundown, the paint on the doors was scratched up, smell, like the room, used to be a smoking room, sink drains very slowly. Not anywhere I wouldn’t want to stay again. I will say the people who help me were nice.

The fellow who checked me in and out was friendly enough yet the age of the hotel is showing. The floor sunk some next to the bathtub, the doors look like they have been tampered with at the locks area, the key cards didn’t work efficiently and the included breakfast was minimal. I had higher expectation based on the reviews I had read.

Not impressed
Walked in to an empty counter, stood there for 10 minutes and no one came out of office. I walked out to vehicle, waited a few minutes and went back in, there was someone at the counter this time. Got checked in on the way to our room. elevator sketchy,thumping and jerking , made it to our room. the privacy catch on door was broken. The shower head was clogged, not good pressure. I have stayed at other La Quinta locations and this was not up to par with any of the others , I will Not be staying and this location next time I am in Indianapolis

TERRIBLE! NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!
To be honest, this is the worst hotel that my family and I have ever stayed with. To start, I understand that the weekend we visited, there was a frisbee tournament, so things were very busy. That being said, the entire experience was terrible. We stood in line at check-in, while the manager(sitting in a chair) stood to tell us that we needed to wait for his attendee to return from break to check-in. There was a literal line of people waiting, out the door. The room was not stocked with towels, same for the pool area(which was undesirable.) At breakfast, we went down before church and there was no food to speak of. I asked the attendant, who was just sitting on his phone, if he could re-stock since MANY were waiting. He seemed burdened to help us. We waited for a long time, just for them to bring out sausages that were still frozen in the middle. They stocked the bare minimum of food, which was quickly emptied by the majority who were waiting. The kitchen area was disgusting and not cleaned. Everything including coffee, was empty and the staff didn't seem bothered that people were waiting, when they were just sitting around staring at their guests. The experience overall was horrible and MANY of the guests in the eating area agreed, WE WILL NEVER RETURN. Which is sad, because we visit the area frequently and could have been frequent guests of the hotel. The staff was lazy and rude and I can honestly say that I have never complained, but others need to know! DON'T STAY HERE!

I always choose to stay at a La Quinta Inn. This one was in terrible shape, paint peeling from the bathroom door - overall an unkempt facility. The person at the desk was not friendly. The dog fee varies by hotel but at this one they charge $30 per dog which is ridiculous when the other La Quintas charge $25 for 2 dogs. I think the corporate offices should reconsider having their name on this hotel.

This hotel was not what we’ve had before staying at this hotel in other states I. The past. It was very dirty and smelled bad, we had to get a room change when we got there cause the room they had us in smelled like a dog pissed on everything. There pool and hot tub was there selling point and they closed it right after we got there saying it won’t open again because there was to many kids. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Hotel needs a deep cleaning. There was cobwebs, dead bugs in the bathroom ceiling light cover, and not to mention the smell all in the room. As soon as I walked in the room all I could do is shake me head. The bathroom door was missing more paint than it had on it & when you say on the toilet seat you had to be careful or else you were going to slide right off from how loose it was. On another note there is some restaurants in the area, downtown is a about a 20 minute drive.

If you want quiet, do not go here
The room was pretty clean. The refrigerator did not work well in the middle of the night had a bug crawling across the bed. The hotel was extremely noisy at 10 o’clock at night sounded like there was parties going on was hard to go to sleep was not satisfied where I would stay there again.

Sheet and comforter stained.
The bed fitted sheet on one of the beds had a black streak stain near the pillow, perhaps mascara stain. The top edge of the comforter on the same bed had clear makeup foundation stain from previous occupant. I slept in the other bed that had no stains. The rest of the room was very clean.

Not the best stay
Rooms are dirty. Door wont shut & lock all the way and unsafe. Vent in bathroom doesn't work. Cieling looks like its aboit to fall. Floors are uneven. Up all night with lous neighbors. Breakfast was not good.

The property was dirty, our door didn't shut properly and the lock had clearly been tampered with in the past, and the walls, doors and paint all needed to be redone due to damage or chipping. Breakfast was minimal. The positives were that parking was easy, the front desk was friendly, and the location was great next to Costco and a lot of restaurants.
