Our stay was great! We enjoyed the central location, within reasonable walking distance to restaurants, venues, shopping, sights. The room was comfortable and reasonably clean. The friendly staff, coffee and breakfast options exceeded our expectations.

We came here for a weekend getaway to see the Wallen concert. This was a great hotel. About a 15 minute walk to Lucas Oil, bars, and food places. The hotel was great! Our beds was very comfortable. The room was perfect for what we needed. We even brought our e-bikes and they let us keep them in our rooms. Breakfast was good and the hotel was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Beer bottle glass on the ground. Hole in the mattress , we kept sinking in. Could hear everything from the street and we were on the second floor. Arguing happened in the middle of the night and cops showed up.

This place is the absolute worse. I paid over $300 for one night. The bathtub had soap scum all over the tub, no trash cans in bathroom, the air conditioner didn’t work right, it smelled horrible. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again if the world was coming to an end. Also the guy at the front desk was absolutely horrible and didn’t speak hardly any good English.

Based on the price, and my experience at other la quintas, i though this would be a decent place. Not fancy, but new/modern. Actually it's more of an older hotel with some minor updates. It's not awful, just seemed overpriced for the general property vs other options in Indy. Its almost exactly like the best western hotel in dowtown chicago on Ohio street. My complaint is only about the price for what it is. I would happily stay there if the rate was half of the more upscale hotels. It was average in every way, which i am ok with... but the price suggested a premium experience.

The room was average . The Heater was stuck on HEAT , We had to turn it on and off. Checking in the little girl had no clue what she was doing and attempted to charge me an additional $225.00 for a room already paid for . I caught it on my credit card statement. Went the next morning to clear it up . The day shift lady was a hour late , So the night shift man just LEFT THE FRONT DESK EMPTY FOR A HOUR . With a sign saying they were busy . IT WAS UNATTENDED and that is UNACCEPTABLE !

I understand this was an older hotel, but the elevator was only able to hold 2 people and very dirty. When I pulled into the parked lot (which was full) a group of guys, 4 of them, were scootering around the parking lot. I almost hit one and he yelled at me. I told the clerk and he "yes. I saw them on the camera" That was it. No help. The sink did not drain. The drainage lid was actually broken.

It's OK
This stay was better than some of the other past stays. The rooms were clean, the only issue that we had was the elevator, it smelled like urine. The check in gentleman was nice but we were over charged. He tokd us about a 50.00 deposit but then we got another charge of 176.04. WHY??? Not enough parking

Unfortunate.
It was the somewhat lower-cost option in the downtown area, and I chose it because we didn't require any special amenities, just a clean comfortable room. Unfortunately... clogged drains (shower and sink), unreliable temperature thermostat, and sticky floors made this hotel choice one that I will not make in the future.

This property could be nice but needs a lot of work on the details that make a hotel nice. The refrigerator in the room barely worked, the sink drained slowly so the sink was always dirty, the faucet was not connected to the sink, and the shower pressure was terrible. The water in the fitness center was empty. The parking is advertised as free, but it is a connected lot that requires a credit card number and a discount code that does not always work. The staff was nice and helpful, but I would not stay in this hotel again.

Nothing really special about the property, good place to stay when visiting downtown on a budget. Elevator small and cramped. Breakfast typical free hotel one. Sausage didn't really have any taste to it. We only had one coat hanger in our room, with three people, asked for two more only got one. Free Parking is a major plus. Shower faucets backwards, nearly burned myself trying to get correct water temparature.

Terrible hotel
Something weird is going on at this hotel. The staff was sketchy. I believe people are living above the 3rd floor. I believe the hotel is only 3 floors and heard people all night. Very very unsafe feeling.

Bad: Parking was a nightmare, elevator felt like a deathtrap, weird smells, everything was outdated and old. Asked for extra blankets and pillows, was told no. Would NEVER recommend this hotel!
This hotel was not good, and I will not be back. First, me, my brother, and dad booked a suite for us all to stay in. The room they gave us was no suite. it was a king room AT BEST. We asked 3 times for a rollaway bed, the first 2 times we were told that they would get us one. On the third request, we were told that they had no roll-away beds available, but they could give us blankets to SLEEP ON THE FLOOR! I asked if he could just give me a room at a decent price, and id get a second room. I was offered a standard room for over 200/night! I went back to our room and booked one through hotels.com for $140/night. It amazes me how unconcerned these people were about people staying at their hotel. Also, the elevator was VERY OLD and barely fit 3 adult males in this elevator.

The parking accomodations are not the best. Extremely limited parking in the 1 story garage. They have you park in a public lot next to the building which is not lit up at all. The pictures advertised don't match what the facility actually looks like. The beds were fulls and not queens as advertised. The shower curtain was dirty. The air in the hallway was broke whichade it 76 degrees according to the thermostat. Waited 30 minutes to check in as the front desk worker was elsewhere in the hotel. He was the only staff there.

Nice downtown location. However, this was overshadowed by the facts that the sink facet was lose and hard to operate and the shower did not work. The water constantly ran in the tub. The staff promised to have maintenance fix it, but that never happened. I gave them my phone number to follow up with me and they never did.

Was surprised by the quality. It was weird that the room didn’t have a window. Room roomy, clean, and modern. Definitely considering this as an option in the future.

Went to wash my hands and turned the water on and the faucet came off. Having very little parking spaces is not good for guests. Plus fridge didn't keep my water cold. And I already had cold water but when you go and get it out of fridge and it's like warm - not good.
