“Best before flying out of Indy”

Arrived at 9pm and left with the complimentary shuttle at 5am. Room comfortable and clean, good service, access to internet and printer for proceeding with the check in... I will recommend this hotel for early travelers.

“Pretty Nice”

Went for a quick getaway to the Zoo & White River State Park. Convenient location, right off of I465. Easy to get to the zoo from here. At check-in, had to wait for the clerk to finish her conversation with another employee. There was only one chair in our room, we asked for another and they brought one right up. Staff was informative when asked about local restaurants. They really pushed Kazablanka which is owned by the hotel and offered us a $5 coupon. The beds were pretty comfortable but the pillows were too "fluffy" for my taste. One pillow was not thick enough, two were too much. There were three pillows on each bed. Two sheets and a thick blanket/bedspread. It was cool outside but the window only opens a couple of inches, so not enough air comes in and the air conditioner had a hard time keeping it cool enough. There was a nice window seat. Great breakfast with lots of options, muffins, bagels, yogurt, 3 kinds of cereal, waffles, coffee, milk, OJ, granola bars etc. Our view was of a big parking lot and the interstate. Some road noise, mainly due to the rain. Coffee maker had two packs of coffee, one regular, one decaff. There wasn't much floor space as the room is kind of narrow. Lots of mirrors to create the illusion of a bigger space. Shower was nice, plenty of hot water and towels. One soap & shampoo. Bottom line, I would stay here again.

“Would stay again”

This hotel is exactly what you would expect. It was very clean and comfortable and served our purpose of having a cheap place to stay with close access to the freeway. I would definitely stay here again.

“Great Price, Great Location, Would Go Back”

We found this hotel to be very clean, very centrally located to the interstates, and the staff were helpful. Our room was very clean with a nice micro fridge and microwave. We even had a window seat in our room. The continental breakfast was okay, nothing to write home about, but it was adequate for our needs. Coffee was available 24/7. We travel a lot for business, and this was the best deal we have found in quite some time! Sam's Club was located behind us, a nice restaurant was next door, two convenience stores were at the corner, and there were several ethnic stores across the street. Depending on how you approach the hotel, you might have to turn at the convenience store and go around behind since there is a concrete median on the highway in front of the hotel. But, you can figure it out pretty quickly.

“Noisy Clientele”

Room was great; noise in the hall, not so much. Noisy BOTH nights. Nothing like hearing, AFTER a lot of noise, "Take a deep breath and calm down; you'll be OK"! Don't know WHAT that was all about.

“Right off the Interstate.”

This hotel is just off the interstate and easy to find. The service was excellent and given with a smile. The breakfast area was spotless and well stocked. Nothing special but excellent on the basics needed by a traveler. The room was not exceptionally large but everything was in its place and functioned like clockwork. The hotel was next to a restaurant that could be noisy so chose the interstate side but this was not the fault of the hotel itself. This hotel is perfect at providing all the basics that a traveler needs and did it with a smile. Exceptional value.

Area recommendations

The area in which the hotel is located is very convenient for the airport and any location on the west of Indy.

“Close to the Airport, but a little dirty”

We loved how close it was, so we could grab an early morning flight. But something in our room smelled sour, and the bedding had some visible stains.

“Really nice place to stay, 20 min bus ride to city center made the visit more 'homey'”

Really enjoyed the city of Indianapolis. Go before the Super Bowl crowd arrives in 2012, lots of interesting things to see!

“Better than others, but disappointing”

If you need shuttle service after 11pm, you must call ahead! I had to get a cab and it was nearly $30 from the airport!! So much for the cheap hotel rate. Our linens had a lot of questionable stains on them. The towels also looked gross and they were extremely thin. The bathroom was in nice condition, but not much counter space. The biggest disappointment was the lack of clean-looking bed linens and towels.
