“Omni Indy”

No complimentary breakfast. No complimentary WiFi. Room service knocked on door way too early. No refrigerator and no microwave in room. Very nice robes. Very nice towels. Very nice bed and bedding. Really enjoyed the stay.

“Fine Time in Indy”

My wife and I stayed one night at the Omni. It was my second stay at this particular hotel and both times the location and accomodations were excellent. I would stay here in the future.

“Not as great as I expected”

Valet was slow, elevator was slow, plumbing in the room was horrible. Ankle deep water buildup while showering, toilet clogged and required engineering to come fix. There are cheaper hotels (in downtown Indy) of similar or slightly better quality to stay in. On the positive side, it is close to everything.

We apologize for the plumbing issue you experienced during your stay. We will do our best to move a guest to a new room if we can't fix the issue quickly. We have recently completed a full renovation of all our guest rooms, but we're sorry that we didn't live up to expectations.

“Overall very good”

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and courteous. Bar staff was excellent. Breakfast was pretty crowded, but it was easy to get coffee - cannot wait until the starbucks opens where their in-building coffee shop used to be!
