OMNI IS THE BEST !!!
Posted Jan 11, 2013
Pros: The staff was always there when I needed them. It was close to everything downtown.
Cons: NothingIi would change at all.
Location: Bankers Life was just a block or two away, and many nice places to eat!!
The staff at the Omni Severin is always there to help you with anything you need. The hotel itself is undeniably the best in town, I would stay here everytime if they have a room available. If you are wanting to explore downtown, everything is just footsteps from the front door! Luxury at the right price....PRICELESS

Nice hotel with a tunnel to Convention Center
Posted Jan 9, 2013
Pros: The king size bed was comfortable, the room was nicely appointed, and the staff was courteous despite being caught off guard by the volume of guests.
Cons: Yes, value for dollars spent. Valet parking is required and guests should be given the full services paid for.
Location: Downtown is nice for an evening stroll and there is a mall connected to the hotel, an art walk and museum a few blocks away.
This hotel was very nice and upscale. The purpose of our trip was to attend a graduation at the convention center and although the tunnel to the convention center was great, the hotel refused to allow us to park our vehicle at the hotel despite paying $29. for valet parking on the day we checked out. The lobby staff told us our valet fee covered parking until 3PM, however, when we tried to park, we were denied parking; of course we had already paid $29. for the day, so, we did not get the privilege we paid for. Parking in downtown Indianapolis (during a NBA playoff game) is very expensive and the solution we paid for was denied to us. Hiss Boo Omni Severin Hotel.

Great Business Hotel in Indy!
Posted Jan 7, 2013
Pros: Location
Cons: Costs of internet
Location: Perfect! Near downtown, near major highways.
This is a wonderful hotel in terms of cleanliness and location. The only thing I don't like is how every extra cost is assessed--for using the lobby computer and the internet charges are high for an otherwise luxurious hotel.

Pros: Service
Cons: The Air Conditioning is very disappointing.
Location: Indianapolis,IN
Friendly staff but the rooms could use a makeover. Room doesn't get the cold. Pool needs a facelift. Workout room is really nice though.

One of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. Staff went the distance and more in terms of service. Good location.

Good upscale hotel.

Pros: Bedding.
Cons: Breakfast prices. There is a Starbucks in the lobby where you can grab a cheaper oatmeal/danish, etc. ($14 for coffee and TOAST? Are they crazy?!?)
Location: Excellent. VERY close to convention center, and is connected via indoor footbridge (stairs required) to Circle Centre mall.
Nothing to complain about - Considering what I paid for this room, it was WELL worth it. Got a great deal. We ordered room service the evening we arrived and the food quality, taste, flavor etc EXCEEDED expectations. Food was a bit pricey, but - I can forgive high prices easier than poor quality.
