“Would not go back”

When arriving, hotel clerk was outside smoking with a friend, we waited while she finished her smoke before she came in to register us. Clerk asked me no less than six times to repeat my zip code????, Her appearance was less than professional with a rinkled polo shirt, and below the hip tight blue jeans. and unkept hair.

“A good experience - vale for money”

The staff was curteous and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and comfortable. We could have had more variety in the breakfast.

“Budget Hotel”

The hotel was adequate, though not stellar. They woke me up at 2am thinking the room was unoccupied, I clarified that it was not! The "high-speed" internet was more atune to dial-up speed, maybe it was a misprint on their advertising. Would not stay at this location again.

“Nice, simple, well priced hotel”

I have stayed at a lot of hotels and motels over the years, and I can not express how clean this one was, it was fantastic. The customer service was also really nice, I asked for a couple of a couple of extra pillows and they gave them to me with no hassle. Everything about this hotel was fantastic and I would suggest it to anybody.

“Bacis hotel and economical.”

Nothing special about the hotel, but they staff was friendly and helpful. There are not many options for eating in the area if your without a car and construction on the interstate makes getting around a bit of a challenge. Ok for the price.

“Nice hotel, poor location/service”

This hotel is within great reach of the airport and western Indianapolis. That being said, the immediate area is not so hot if you are looking for quick/convenient shopping or food., as it does not have much to offer within walking distance. If you are staying here, be warned: if you want to get away, you will have to drive a bit to get there to do it! All that aside, the room was nice, even though the front desk help was not.

“plan to stay again soon”

Very nice hotel, nice rooms, and very good breakfast with alot of choices ! We had choose this hotel due to the location and price and was convenient to our fun activities we were doing in the Indy area . We attended an Indianapolis Indians game and the next day Nascars Brickyard 400. Awesome weekend in Indy and awsome hotel too !! Plan to stay there again when we attend a Colts game !!

“Very Nice Stay!”

Flew from Idaho to Indianapolis for surgery. The hotel was comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly and very accomodating in meeting my needs; including arranging a late checkout and extra pillows (without charging me!). The breakfast was also nice. I don't forsee going to Indianapolis again, but if I do I would definitely stay here.

“Adequate”

My stay was neither bad nor good. The Hotel was comfortable but not fancy. The staff was not unpleasant, but were not overly friendly either. Very middle of the road. That being said, I would stay there again out of locational convenience and price.

“Adequate in a great location”

This hotel was selected based on price and location and I was not disappointed. The property was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The age of the property and its layout, however, was not as comfortable as other mid-range hotels.

Great location for TPAC and State Capitol and Musuem. Excellent restaurants within walking distance.
