“Very helpful staff”

I showed up early and the desk clerk found me a room that was available right away. The complimentary breakfast was substantial. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. The only downside is the current construction work on I-465, which really has nothing to do with the hotel other than getting there and leaving.

“Good Value friendly staff”

Breakfast hours were great from 5 AM till 10 AM Curtesy vans to and from airport were promt and clean.

“Do not go there!!!!!”

I book this hotel because I stayed there 2 years ago and had a good stay. It also was in a conveniet location. I'm from out of town and I felt safe to go somewhere I've been before. I was so disappointed after I arrived because the room smelled stuffy and even though it was a nonsmoking room it still smelled like smoke. But I thought I'll just open the balcony door and air the room out. It worked pretty well. The next mornning I woke up with bite marks on my neck front and back, also on my arms. I had to be a a women of faith confrence early that morning so I thought I would talk to the hotel personnel when I get back from the confrence. So when I did there was only one young ladie taking care of the whole hotel and the maneger was not to be back for a few days. So I told her about my bites and that I was going to check the room for bed bugs. And sure enought there were and under the bed was really dusty and dirty. I have pictures. She said that all she could do at this time was give me another room. It's been about 3 weeks and I have yet to hear from the hotel. Don't stay at this hotel you will regreat it.

“OK Hotel”

Room was spacious and nice. I was happy with what I got for the deal we got. A/C was terrific which was very important at the time. Whoever cleaned the tub left the hair of previous owner behind which was gross. 'Hot" part of breakfast was biscuits & gravy or make your own waffle. Was disappointed by that.

“Very nice hotel for a good price”

I've stayed at this hotel 3 times now and have been very satisfied with my visits. They have a nice fitness room to use, which I enjoy when I'm out of town. They have a good breakfast in the morning. They always seem to have 1 hot breakfast item, or you can have one of the better continental breakfast you'll find at any hotel. The staff has always been very polite and helpful with any questions I seem to have. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling thru Indianapolis or staying there for an extended period.

“GREAT LOCATION, GREAT VALUE!”

We were in Indy for a family reunion. The hotel was older but well maintained and convieniently located near The Indy 500, downtown and Grandma! 10 minutes to everything! There was no noise from the airport. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly. We will stay there again when we go back!
