No Hot WaterPosted Feb 6, 2014
spent the extra money to get a room with a hot tub just to have no hot water to use it. pool was closed. waited 15 min at front desk to get ice because ice machine were out of order. the pillow are the smallest I have ever seen when I asked for an extra pillow I was told they had no more clean. would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I ever use expedia again for offering such a horrible hotel.

Pool not workingPosted Feb 2, 2014
The reason we stayed here was to have a pool. It was advertised as having a pool, a hot tub, etc. POOL NOT WORKING! I looked in the room, looked fine to me. "Fitness room" 3 piece of equipment, 2 not working. B-fast - all bread. Lobby was nice looking, room was clean, but we came here (and paid more than somewhere else) for the pool, which we couldn't use. Change your website, please, to reflect that you are NOT going to let people use the pool and there's no hot tub.

Awful ExperiencePosted Jan 8, 2014
Pros: It had a great price and great location.
Cons: The hospitality of the staff
Location: The location was great. Right off the highway and surrounded by many shopping centers.
While staying at the hotel they had my check out date wrong twice! The second time they rented my room to another customer and while I was in bed they walked right into the room. I had to call the front desk and ask why someone else had a key to my room. They stated the room was vacant then once they finally read the computer right noticed it was not vacant! During the mess the staff did not see the reason why I was concerned about this. If the even occurred 30 minutes earlier people would have had access to over two thousand dollars worth of items and we would have not had access to the room due to them re carding the door for the other customers.
The stuff holiday comedies are made of!Posted Dec 28, 2013
The ceiling to the pool collapsed. Whoever stayed in our room previously had cleaned it out so there were no hangers in the closet, no light bulbs in the fixtures, no iron or ironing board, no coffee maker, you name it. The toilet sprayed about a pint of water out at you every time you tried to flush it, the tank was not properly installed on the bowl. The dead bolt was broken off. None of the ice machines in the entire building worked. There was no one at the front desk late, so when you found another problem you had no way to address it till morning. I was very thankful there was nothing wrong with the bed! The staff was friendly but made no attempt to add a discount to my bill. I will not stay there again.

Good for the money but.......Posted Dec 15, 2013
Pros: It's close to a lot of attractions. The rooms are large. It has free breakfast.
Cons: The wi-fi, newer televisions, and a few updates to the rooms
Location: It's location is close to many attractions
The heater didn't blow out warm air. The wi-fi wasn't very good. The toilet continued to run so we had to turn it off to keep from hearing it. The bed was a King size bed, but we only had 3 small pillows. For the money, the hotel wasn't bad. The rooms were large, clean, and close to a lot of attractions. The staff was very friendly as well. Probably not somewhere I'd want to stay for several days, but for one night, I felt it was well worth it.

Window that leaked.Posted Nov 23, 2013
First night everything was perfect, comfortable and clean. The second night after midnight I heard a loud dripping sound, discovered window leaked. Placed towels on the sill which helped until they were soaked. Lost electricity due to storm for approx. 3-4 hours. The desk clerk would not adjust our bill and only said she would have the window fixed. I would stay there again if I knew the windows didn't leak.
