Nice location in down town. Close proximity to historical memorials, venues, food, restaurants, and churches. The hotel was clean. Staff friendly. Easy check in and out process. Downtown was also very clean and surprisingly quiet. Everything shuts down at 11pm in downtown area.

Was very close to everything and had great views. Only part of the hotel that wasnt enjoyable was a small leak on the faucet that I never used. 9.6/10 hotel

Zoe was the receptionist and was very friendly. The room was excellent and was very clean. The ease of getting to my vehicle was one of the best I have experienced. I would definitely return to this location. GREAT job Sheraton Indianapolis!

The hotel is outdated and most of the staff’s customer service was below average. I stayed there out of convenience for a lengthy business trip, but I wouldn’t want to stay there again.

This hotel was great! Very updated and great for the price and convenience of location. My only complaint is the price of parking per night when the garage is VERY dilapidated. Another qualm I have is the room has a sign stating that AC could only be used in summer months, even with turning the heat off our room was UNGODLY hot and disrupted our sleep due to the temperature. Overall good stay but would only stay again if I’m allowed to use AC and maybe if they updated the parking structure or the parking price.

Front desk management and staff was the best hotel ever, very safe area. Quiet at night and close shopping and dining. Safe parking and everything was walkable and convenient.
