“Great for anyone in the area”
Nice area of town. Great room, room temp was good when we got there. Nice and clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Nice view of a beautiful lake from our room balcony. Only drawbacks were that we rented a smoking room and we were not able to smoke...ONLY due to the state law that went into effect since we booked our room so that was to no fault of the hotel. The only complaint I would have, and its very minor, is that a worker knocked on our door nearly 2 hours before checkout to see if we were checking out that day. Overall, I would stay there again and again while in the area. Only difference is that I would be sure to put out the 'Do Not Disturb' sign! Great experience at this Super 8.
“More than we expected”
In most cases, especially as it relates to hotels you get what you pay for. But in this stay, I must say that our expectations were more than exceeded. For the room rate we paid, this hotel was excellent, especially accommodating to our new 6 wk old infant. The only drawback was perhaps the outside room entrances, but the rooms were completely secure. A great buy for your lodging expenses.
“Always a good stay”
This hotel is very easy to get to off of I69, and close to everything in Indy without having to actually stay in downtown Indy. Room was clean, always had fresh towels, and the pool was beautiful. Check-in and Check-out was easy and the staff were very nice and pleasant. Definitely will stay here again when I am in Indy.
“A good experiance”
The room was upgraded to a suite. It was clean and comfortable.A
“Nice place”
I was there for just one night before the Indianapolis Marathon, so I just needed somewhere comfortable and affordable and this delivered on both counts. Plus the staff were very friendly. They even mailed me my Marathon T-Shirt that I had forgotten! Very appreciative of that.
“Not Bad”
This hotel isn't located in the heart of Indianapolis, but the area is reasonably nice, and there are restaurants and grocery stores close by. It manages to be convenient without being in the city. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and well kept.
“Worked for us”
While the rooms (2 queen beds in the bedroom, and sofa sleeper in living room) were quite comfortable, the carpeting and upholstery were rather worn and could use updating. Living room/kitchenette area is a little cramped, especially if you need to pull out the sofa bed. No dining table. We had a non-smoking room, which smelled clean, and everything appeared quite clean. Having the refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, etc. saved us quite a bit of money. Both TV's worked. No alarm clock anywhere. We did lose water pressure in the shower a couple of times, so that no water was coming out of the shower head, just the tub filler, and it made a lot of noise until the pressure came back up. Overall, we had a good stay. Definitely enjoy having the separate bedroom.
“It is a good hotel for the price.”
The front desk personnel were professional, yet also quite accomodating to the guests, particularly the gal who works 3-11 PM on weekends.
“Cheap Option”
Our room smelled a little, but we got used to it fairly quickly. My wife thinks our non-smoking room was once a smoking room. I was pleasantly surprised with all of the breakfast options. I was very thankful for the cable and internet service. The hotel is conveniently located by Castleton Square Mall and many restaurant options.
“No Frills”
Besides the check-in issue everything was up to expectations with the hotel.
