“Indy weekend”

Staff was very helpful, including keeping our home grown blueberries, a treat we with our daughter for our granddaughter, in the hotel fridge. Everyone was helpful & pleasent during our stay.

“Great staff and location”

Great staff, very polite and helpful. The hotel is in the center of the city so convenient if you are looking for a place downtown. Everywhere is walking distance. Room is small but clean and comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again.

“We Will Return”

A lovely stay. It was Christmas Eve, not a busy time. The only slightly negative aspects were that the area around the drain in the bathtub was losing its finish as was the tub facet. No doubt the result of frequent cleaning. They also should put in three-way lamps with 75-100-150 watt bulbs next to the bed and a much brighter lamp on the desk. There's not enough light if you have to work- which we didn't. Several different kinds of pillows allowed my wife and I to choose our favorite. We ate dinner next door at St. Elmo's and if you want a great steak that's the place. We had to go elsewhere for breakfast (it was Christmas morning) so we walked two blocks to the Conrad and had the best Eggs Benedict- as good as Mother's Bistro in Portland, OR. Because of this experience we are making a visit to the Canterbury on Christmas Eve a yearly tradition.

“Great location and staff”

Great location downtown near very good dining and entertainment. Courteous staff and convenient valet parking. Hotel has boutique feel reminiscient of San Francisco. Room was small and dated, but added to the boutique feel.

“Canterbury was awesome!”

Excellent hotel, with an excellent location. Direct access to the mall from the second floor of the hotel. Convenient parking garage directly accress the street. You can pretty much walk anywhere downtown from the Canterbury. The hotel had tons and character and charm. Highly recommend.

“5 star hotel for 3 star prices”

My only criticism was that the room was not set up well for a business traveler. Other than that, it was great! Warm friendly, upscale hotel.

“Exquisite Hotel”

The best part of our stay was the staff. They were very friendly and professional! It also was a perfect location in December with being able to access the mall directly and being only a block from the RCA Dome.

“Quiet and comfortable”

This hotel was very quiet. The room was small but very comfortable. Convenient location.

“Comfortable but smelled”

It was very comfortable but the hallway of the floor I stayed in smelled so bad I wanted to hold my breath everytime I got off the elelvator to the room. Other than that it was very cute and comfortable. I did need hair conditioner which was provided which was an inconvenience.
