“The Westin staff rocked”

The hotel staff was terrific once we arrived. The room that we booked through Expedia wasn't available at Westin. The staff at the hotel was phenomenal, just wished we would have booked directly.

“Great location and stay”

We were in Indy for an event at Lucas Oil Stadium and the Westin is the perfect spot to be. Close to everything downtown and a great place to stay. Very nice rooms and excellent service.

“Great weekend!!”

We stayed for the weekend of the Big 10 Championship Game. Great location. Close to bars, restaurants and football stadium. Had a great weekend and we would definitely go back.

“westiin poor performance”

have heard so much about how great this hotel is and was extremely disappointed in my experience. Stayed 2 nights and reported a poorly (slight trickle)functioning shower the first morning and electric mirror (the bathroom mirror stays fogged at mild water temps for 20 minutes). They said it would be fixed on return to the room. The electric mirror had been replaced but the next morning, I had no shower at all, and the handle of the sink faucet came off in my hand. Several bath fixtures were rusty as well. When checking out, the staff 'thanked me so they could fix it for the next guest' but no apology or other gesture was made. Good experience? the staff at the Starbuck's in the hotel. otherwise, when I said good morning to staff at the hotel, I was ignored. would not recommend it.....

“Not a happy camper”

Worst Westin I've ever stayed at... location is very good and convenient in downtown, but not worth the money.

“Too loud!”

Two problems with the hotel...One- It was loud! We could hear the conversations and party at 3 am in the room next to us. The elevator sounded like it ran all night (and we weren't even righter next to it). Second- we chose this hotel because we wanted one connected to the Circle Center Mall. However, the skybridge was closed for the entire weekend we were there- so much for that convenience. The hotel itself was nice and the bed was comfortable- even though we didn't sleep very well!
