Had a few problems but clean room

The hotel was booked and confirmed for 2 double beds on arrival I only had a single bed the front desk worker that night was very very nice in trying to figure out the problem. But I needed to speck the lady in the morning and she was very rude and wAs not interested in helping. I did stay at the hotel due to some family members canceling on the trip. The hotel was clean but not very helpful in fixing their mess up.

Very disapointed!

The check in process is equal to a lease signing when renting an apartment. There is a deposit they do not tell you about up front. They switched room types to our disadvantage at check in. The only good part is they refunded all our money because we were dissatisfied and we went elsewhere. This was a 72 hour cancel I will give them that respect.
