Very disapointed!

The check in process is equal to a lease signing when renting an apartment. There is a deposit they do not tell you about up front. They switched room types to our disadvantage at check in. The only good part is they refunded all our money because we were dissatisfied and we went elsewhere. This was a 72 hour cancel I will give them that respect.
