“Average quality stay”

I stayed for business for one night, for transfer flight. The location is close to Indianapolis Airport, and the hotel gives free shuttle services, which helped. The internet service, quality of hotel is average, just that the room had kind of a musty smell.

“Nice place. fair price.”

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel for a major downtown Indianapolis event. It was an easy cab ride downtown, and the hotel arranged for a non-stop flow of cabs. The room was nice and decent in size. Beds were very comfortable. It was great to have the hotel bar stay open until late in the evening, when most close up early. The Starbucks in the lobby was a nice touch, and you could pick up a light meal there if needed. It would have been nice to have a continental breakfast, but other than that, it was decent stay for the price.

“Just right!”

We stayed here on a night when Indianapolis was packed - for the big ten championship game. The hotel was completely full - but you'd never know it. No lines at check in, quiet hallways. Very nice staff. I will stay here next time.

“Good Value - Nice 24/7 Snack Shop”

Hotel is a 10 minute ride from Airport, but there is a free shuttle and the driver was friendly/helpful. Hotel is very nice for the price; some wear but it is clean and has a nice, big TV. Breakfast was a good value too. Not the Waldorf, but not $450 a night either . Very comparable to a Hilton Inn. I'd go back.

“Very comfortable with nice dining options”

Very nice hotel with excellent options for dining. They have a 24/7 Starbucks cafe in the lobby as well a full service restaurant and room service. The food was wonderfully satisfying and delivered to the room in under 30 minutes. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all of the expected amenities. I had a few very small issues, but nothing major and most were out of the hotel's control. My in-room coffee maker didn't work. The parking lot was oddly structured...made getting out of it a little dizzying. The outside of hotel looks more like an office building, so I didn't see it right away and to get there from a main highway, I had to do a u-turn. With all of the construction around the area, it was frustrating, but that's not something the hotel can control.

Getting around

Be prepared to drive a way for restaurants. It is convenient to the airport, but not to much else. Also, if going in 2011, watch construction!!! Give yourself plenty of time to get wherever you need to go because exits are closed and traffic is horrendous.

“Great Hotel for the MotoGp races!”

What a great hotel... It was close to the IMS and the staff was great. What a nice HOTEL. I loved the bed with all (4) the down pillows! Also they had a Starbucks shop in the lobby! I can't ask for more than that. I'm just a starbucks fan! I didn't have to travel a few miles in the morning for my Starbucks! It was just like being home as it was delivered to me in bed!

“Woiuld definately stay again”

This hotel was very nice for the price, centrally located, although the area is under construction right now, very nice staff, and incredibly comfy beds! Would absolutely stay again!

“Declining”

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. It is declining. My room had a worn look. The hairdryer did not work which indicates that the staff does not check. When I reported this upon check out, the front desk attendant commented: "We'll get that working for you today." (As I said, I was checking out!) The biggest problem is the lack of late night room service. The Guest Services book states: "Convenient In-Room Dining is available, offering a variety of selections from the Marker Restaurant. Room Service is available daily from 6 am to 12 midnight. After hours room service is also available." Not true! There is a small coffee/sandwich counter with one employee attempting to serve 25 people. It took more than one hour of standing in line to get a sandwich -- the WRONG sandwich. In that part of town, there are no other options. My choice to utilize room service rather than eat in the downtown area was based on their claim to have "after hours room service".
