Good Coffee and More

Pros: Most everything, except the pool water was very cold.
Location: The location was near the airport and easy to find. It was stop on the way to Columbus OH.
The hotel was very accommodating and answered all or our questions when we arrived. The bed was excellent with just the right amount of softness/firmness. I am a coffee nut so I appreciated having a Starbucks coffee shop and deli just off the lobby.

Quiet slumber

Pros: Quiet, clean and comfortable.
Cons: The swimming pool could be fixed and a hot tub added. The carpets were a bit dated in the main hallways.
Location: The airport was close. Restaurants and shopping were about a ten minute drive away. Two or three local restaurants were only blocks away.
The room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. I found the walls were well-made because you could not hear the sounds of the nearby airport. It was quiet. The air temperature was easily controlled as well. My only negative comment was that the swimming pool was under construction. The bath tub was deep and the shower head was nice. I would go there again. It may of helped to know about the swimming pool being out of order before I got there.

Nice. Close to the airport.

Pros: Proximity to airport.
Clean. Person that checked me in early in the morning (1AM) wasn't friendly. Checking out was easy, checkout crew at front desk was friendly also.

Near the airport; easy to downtown.

I've stayed here a number of times and while there could be some updates this is the first time that I've had a pair of beds that were worn out.

The hotel staff were very courteous and accommodating. They upgraded our room at no extra charge so that both our rooms could be together and allowed us to check in early.

Close to the international airport

A great hotel conveniently located close to the airport at a good price. They have 24-hour shuttle service to and from the airport. However, when I arrived in Indianapolis at 12:30 am and called from the airport for the hotel shuttle, I got no answer at the hotel. So I ended up taking a taxi for $20 to the hotel. I used the hotel shuttle service an additional three times without any delays.

Close to airport.

Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: Shuttle service, and quiet hours.
Location: We were interested in the airport. Worked well. Close to downtown for dinner (about 12 minutes).
Hotel was OK. We were on the first floor, and the doors were banging until late (after 10:00 PM). Shuttle to the airport was timely. Shuttle picking us up was the last to arrive. It was about 15 minutes later than all the rest of the hotel shuttles.

Nice hotel with easy access to the airport.

Pros: Good front desk staff and solid housekeeping staff. Free newspapers every day.
Cons: No gift shop. Small takeout eatery has vey few choices.
Very pleasant with a decent restaurant and a decent, but small, hotel lobby. Airport shuttle runs punctually every half hour and is a great convenience.
