not all promises were kept

Pros: nice decor, feel.
Cons: Internet connection.
hotel is ok, but they have many charges for things I would consider basic (fridge $10, for example). The internet connection was horrible, and the Ethernet does not work and never will work. the staff knows it is never going to be up, but the boxes and cables stay in the room for show.

AC and Internet

The AC in our room was not working well. The free internet was half hazard as the signal kept dropping.

Nice hotel by the airport

Hotel staff was nice, as was the room. The pool was closed when we went, and I had asked if it would be open when we got there. Not a huge deal, but kids were upset. Starbucks in the lobby was a bit of a ripoff (even more than the usual Starbucks).

Pros: very nice and people were friendly and also the location
Location: the raceway
the only problem I had was I had lost my lighter and I was all over lobby coffee shop for just a light or matches. Only a smoker would like to have matches they can use outside. LOL

Cons: Directions on the website. We had some difficulty finding it.
Location: Very close to downtown.
We arrived very late. The staff was very accommodating and upgraded our room. It was quiet, clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel

Nice rooms. Friendly staff! Pleasure to stay there for DCI Finals. The room smelled a little funny, but other than that it was clean!

Check-in went smoothly even though it appeared to be a busy Friday night for the hotel. Room was clean and pleasant upon check-in. Drain in tub seemed a little broken but that was easily fixed. Room was very spacious and importantly, the bed was very comfortable!

Nice hotel, but shuttle issues

Location: Close to airport
This is a nice, clean, pleasant hotel with very nice and courteous staff. I did not know/could not find info about the shuttle picking me up from the airport and had to pay $23 for a 5 mile taxi ride. They need to make that information more obvious.

We are always looking at how we operate as we continually work on improving ourselves. For airport pick-up their are two areas in the airport that have direct dial phones to hotels. One is by the baggage claim and one is right by the door going out to Airport shuttle service pick-up Zone 2. We have a direct line on each. So sorry you missed them and it is my hope that when you visit Indianapolis in the future that you make us your hotel of choice!
