Definitely not four star hotel

Posted Sep 11, 2014
Pros: Nothing
This hotel offers no 4star service or comfort.the room was very small ,uncomfortable bed more like a dorm, the smallest bathroom possible. Cleaning service is available from 10 AM to 1PM. As I was jet legged and overslept they could not service the room but I was offered to go to reception to get towels!! The staff is not helpful and give the impression you are bothering them . Definitively not a hotel, maybe hostel , would not recommend

Pros: The staff was great and the location of the hotel was great for seeing the town and getting to the mountain attractions.
Cons: A few times my room card needed to be reset, but the staff at the front desk was quick to help.
Location: The hotel was located close to the Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof and was a great home base for mountainbiking as well as seeing the town.
The hotel was located close to the center of town. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and went out of their way to help me. Probably some of the most friendly front desk workers I have ever met. The hotel was very clean and in good condition. I would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable room and good amenities.

The room was roomy and comfortable. It was a quiet neighborhood, but located a bit far from restaurants and "tourist" area of Innsbruck. We had a car, so no real issue there. They seems to lack larger beds, so if you're a couple, you might be in a smaller bed than you like. Otherwise, it was a good hotel and they provide a good breakfast. We loved that we could have 2-3 cups of coffee at breakfast without extra charge. Sometimes the small things make a huge difference. :)

Great for English Speaking Tourist

Posted May 8, 2014
Pros: It is clean, and comfortable and had the best price in the city.
Cons: The beds could be a little more comfortable, but I slept just fine.
Location: I didn't stay in the area long, we were just passing through.
The staff at this hotel speaks excellent English so it's great if you're German isn't the greatest like mine. The guy working the front desk the night I checked in was born in the US. The rooms are small by American standard, but average by European standard. The rooms are clean comfortable, and modern. Internet is an extra 1 Euro per hour or 5 Euro per day. Breakfast is 9 Euro if you want it. My wife and I had the breakfast. It was worth the money. Free parking means street parking, but it's not very difficult to find a spot. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Comfortable hotel with a great view of mountains

Posted Apr 24, 2014
Well located, close to cozy, nice downtown, the hotel offers a great view of the mountains. The balcony gives you the chance to feel the quiet, peaceful neighborhood. There are lots of places to park on the street but only behind the blue lines, which seem to be a nice facility we've met in Austria. The staff is very friendly and everybody's English very good. Not to mention they're helpful and always willing to help you with the directions.

horrible bathroom

Posted Mar 8, 2014 on Hotels.com
The bathroom was next to the beds, with an open sliding door that didn't close all the way and without a fan. Also the light was on a sensor and lasted for a minute after you left. Looked modern but was poor design for function. Staff was not very helpful and the owner was a jerk with an attitude when asked a favor to use the phone for a collect call after I lost a credit card. Not really close to anything in town either.
