“Great Experience”

A very nice hotel in the middle of Innsbruck. The hotel is connected to the parking garage of the main train station, so if you are arriving or departing by train, you don't even need to go outside (just dodge traffic in the garage!). The hotel is beautiful and my room was nice, with that Old Europe charm (classy color patterns, stately furniture) but very comfortable. The airport is close (10-15 euro and 10-15 minutes by taxi) and the historical parts of the city are nearby.

“Modern comfort and convenience in Innsbruck”

The Grand Hotel Europe is a very nice modern hotel in the center of Innsbruck next to the railway station. Although modern and comfortable, it doesn't have a huge amount of charm, and could be qualified a bit as a "business hotel". Very good service, large comfortable rooms and a well-stocked buffet breakfast. It's location is very central and it's a very short walk to the "old-town" (Altstadt) which has interesting architecture, eateries and attractions. It worked very well for us for a short on our way to other locations in Austria and northern Italy.

Very convenient place to stay, as there is an underground garage and connection to the train station. Only a cuople pleasant blocks from the museum and other attractions.

“Really Good Hotel Restaurant”

The hotel had a restaurant in it and it was excellent. My only complaint as an International traveler would be that the hotel indicates 24 hour room service and there was only the night desk clerk to fulfill that role. I would like the convenience of the 24 hour room service due to I was awake at odd hours trying to adjust to the time change.
