One night in InnsbruckPosted Apr 23, 2015
Pros: Room was comfortable. Food was good.
Cons: Parking was ridiculously expensive. We weren't there even 24 hours and it cost 25 Euros (approx. 3pm-10am).
Location: The old town is a block away and offers lots of shopping and eating.
My family and I stayed here for one night on our way back to Germany from Italy. The room was very nice. Super comfy and clean. The location was perfect and we had a nice view of the mountains. The front desk staff were ok, not too friendly. I was a bit upset that there wasn't any provided parking and we had to pay 25 Euros for overnight parking in the garage under the hotel. Breakfast was 16 Euros per person if booked in advance. The breakfast was quite good so I would recommend it. We ordered room service for dinner and the burgers were delicious.

Alles extra te betalen.Posted Apr 21, 2015

Good hotel in centre of innsbruckPosted Apr 10, 2015
Pros: Location, views, cleanliness and the service in the restaurant.
Cons: Bathroom decor was dated. A double quilt would have been more practical for a double bed. The mock cowskin lampshades in restaurant could be changed.
Location: The 'Innsbruck' card makes it easy to get to Bergisal ski-jump or Schloss Ambos or Hungerburger via public transport. The 48hr card is good value.
We were lucky to be on the 13th floor so the views were fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a ten or fifteen minute taxi ride from the airport (about 15 euros). We had a 'queen' room which was spacious and clean. Although clean the decor in the bathroom was a little dated. The double bed was nice and big but we only had two single quilts. We only had one evening meal in the restaurant but it was good value for money and the service was excellent. We also only had breakfast in the restaurant but again it was superb value for money and the service was excellent. Only thing about the restaurant was that some of the lamp-shades seemed to be a mock cowhide; they were awful.

2 nights at the Hilton, innsbruckPosted Mar 29, 2015
Conveniently located hotel, short walk into town and old city. Clean, comfortable and friendly. Slightly dated decor Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful but couldn't give much advice on tours other than the obvious city tour. However tourist info desk is only 5 mins away.

disappointing hiltonPosted Mar 28, 2015
Pros: where it was situated.
Cons: staff, and bathroom
Location: the train station was two minutes away, and the bus from the airport was a one minute walk away. shops where on the door step.
the hilton innsbruck is situated in a really well appointed area, 2 minutes from the train sation. the staff are ok, but dont understand much english. The room itself was clean but cramped with two adults and a child sleeping there. the bathroom was the biggest disappointment with an old shower and a very deep. ath to step i to for you to take the shower. overall ok but had better stays at other hiltons.

good value for moneyPosted Mar 28, 2015
Pros: We liked the location and competent staff.
Location: We found the 72 hour Innsbruck card good value for money, it covered everything we wanted to do and included public transport.
We found the staff very helpful and friendly. We wanted our daugter to have a room next door to ours, the room cleaning took longer than the usual check-in time. We didn't mind as it was our request. We had a light bulb that wasn't working it was replaced within minutes. They gave us a voucher for complimentary drinks. The room has a window that opens wide, a plus for us. The mountain views are beautiful. The location of the hotel is excellent the train station is five minutes walk away the stop before is just two minutes from the hotel.
