Great location to explore Innsbruck, everything is within walking distance. Free shuttle to take you to the ski slopes and back. Lovely sauna and fitness suite. Rooftop balcony to see a mountain in the distance.

Charming hotel, excellent location, friendly staff. Just something to keep in mind, I used expedia filter for parking in property and it turns out the parking offered it's a 24 hour public car park. Wifi in rooms (at least in 3rd floor) with poor signal.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Central. They upgraded me to a studio room with a loft and enclosed balcony which was greatly appreciated. The hotel is close to everything and was an easy walk from the train station. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of hot and cold options and food was delicious. I had a great stay and highly recommend. I would definitely stay here again.

Very good location. Reception personnel qualification very disappointing. Did not get an upgraded room as per our reservation and pay. The receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful and just ignored our claim. Last day, January 2nd, asked reception to make a taxi cab reservation for us at 4 am for airport, which actually literally opens doors at 6am. Luckily the cab driver us knowledgeable and told us to get a car later, otherwise we would have to wait at the airport doors in the cold for two hours, since there was nothing open around or any chance to get a raid back to town.

A spacious and comfortable room. Not much of a view but it's very convenient to get around the main tourist attractions around Innsbruck. Hotel staff was friendly and had provided us a Traveller Pass which entitles us to take trains and busses around for free. Dining options are great here too

Very nice place to see the downtown city center. Shops galore and many good restaurants. Parking is a virtue but manageable. Find under ground parking nearby, 25 euro a day. Innsbruck is a beautiful place.

Location was excellent very near the Old Town. The Hotel was warm clean and very comfortable. Nice too, that on request we were able to have a kettle in our room. Reception staff were polite and helpful. Checking in and out was quick and easy. Bonus too, that visitors to Innsbruck are given a free transport ticket to use the buses and trams. I would definitely stay again in this Hotel Just two negatives. Water bottles placed in the Fridge are not complimentary. We mistakenly thought they were as there was no sign on the Fridge saying on drinking a payment is due. Second: The waste bin on arrival in the Bathroom had not been emptied from the previous guest. Overall lovely Hotel. Excellent Breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Overall this property was great! We had a great mountain view from the room and the Cafe attached to the hotel was great. The only downside was we had a room right by the fitness center and there was construction going on right outside early in the morning. Overall would highly recommend this hotel!

Had a great stay at Hotel Central. Hotel is very close to all major sights, and you can get everywhere by a short walk. Check-in and check-out was smooth and easy, front-desk staff are very friendly. Room was exactly as described as well. Would gladly stay here again!
