The hotel is small and VERY comfortable. The staff is very attentive and friendly. They provide a lot of amenities you will not find at many establishments. One thing that I liked was the readiness of the staff to answer questions about the area. If you are looking for things to do, they can provide questions. Everyone spoke excellent English. The breakfast was very nice and complete. Lovely assortment. The hotel also provides an optional formal dinner. We were planning to have our anniversary dinner there but had car trouble. Next time!!! Highly recommended.

A really nice hotel in beautiful surroundings
This was a really nice hotel, clean, comfortable and in a nice peaceful and picturesque location. The breakfast was a good buffet and the evening meal was very good. The hotel was a nice 20 minute tram ride down the mountain to Innsbruck.The room I had was nice and clean with a view up to Mutters.I would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed.
This was our fourth visit. We were really looking forward to a meal in the restaurant. However on arrival we were informed the restaurant was closed. It would have been useful to know this before our visit as it was the main reason we had booked this hotel. Very disappointed.

Very inconvenient
Too far away from Innsbruck and very inconvenient. Ten minute walk to the tram then 30 minutes to Innsbruck. Also way overpriced. I hated it!

Great place to stay just out of Innsbruck
Seppl was a refreshing stop on our holiday, situated in the great little town of Mutters the atmosphere was spot on. Great staff, easy transport and great food makes this one to add to your list for sure. Thanks guys.

Fabulous hotel in every way. Loved that it was away from the crowds and set at the base of a mountain. Dining in the hotel restaurant was a great experience and the best food we had while in Cortina.

Excellent service, good restaurnt and very friendly staff that did not save any effort to prepare my son tasty gluten free food. The room was comfortable however the furniture and amenities were plane relative to the lobby and to the restaurant. Lovely view from the room's balcony.

Hotel nice, beware of taxes before you pay!
The hotel was nice and breakfast was good. However, watch for final cost before paying. I thought our room was 211 Euros, but another 157 Euros was added on for taxes and I did not notice until after our stay! Hotels.com says it is the hotels cost and the hotel says that Expedia does that. Hard lessons learned, I guess, but it will not happen again to me.

Die "Suite" mit "Aussicht auf eine Berglandschaft" war auf der dem Bergpanorama abgewandten Seite im ersten Stock mit Blick auf die Stubaitalbahn, Gespräch mit Personal zeigte, dass dies wohl nicht das erste Mal auf Kritik stösst. Zimmer war im Gegensatz zu den gezeigten Bildern ziemlich dunkel, Wohnbereich mit Blick aufs gekachelte Bad ohne Tür wirkt ungemütlich. Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine/Wasserkocher gab's nicht. Wellnessbereich war stundenlang durch tobende Kinder im angrenzenden Schwimmbad sehr unruhig. Ansonsten war aber alles sehr sauber und nett.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in netter Umgebung!
Schon der Check In war sehr positiv, ich bekam ein Update. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war äußerst freundlich. Das Zimmer war geräumig und auch das Bad war in einer passenden Größe. WLAN mit guter Geschwindigkeit war auch vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und hatte eine Auswahl, die für alle Geschmäcker etwas bietet. Es war ein leichtes die Hygienevorschriften einzuhalten, Maskenpflicht im Haus, Desinfektionsmittelspender und Einweghandschuhe beim Frühstück waren vorhanden. Vorbildlich!
