The staff were professional and courteous and very engaging and helpful. I can't speak more highly of them. The location of the hotel is very central to the towns facilities and restaurants. A special mention for excellent service goes to Tanya in reception and Ioannis from the wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The Manager of Catering, Nadem also assisted my family group in organising a Christmas dinner at th he Hotel with great courtesy and professionalism. I can't recommend this Hotel highly enough!

Fantastic stay at mountains hotel it was a magical pre Christmas trip .facilities were great outdoor heated pool & hot tub looking at snow covered mountains Will definitely return here .staff were more than friendly & so helpful

The property was in an ideal location in Seefeld, with being a 10 minute walk from the train station, and being across the road from the Olympiabad Swimming Complex. The hotel facilities were great, with 2 swimming pools and a spa. There was also plenty of choice for breakfast, and the staff were very helpful.

Over all the hotel is brilliant but the manager on reception could do with an education on diplomacy. We were a group of four motorcyclists that rocked up at different times. He wanted us to move our parking places for a car driver to accommodate someone that arrived after us.

Our stay at Mountains Hotel
Our stay at Mountains Hotel was a very pleasant experience and the hotel staff was very helpful. In fact, we had a tiny incident with our van which was resolved by a member of the staff without any hitch. The staff spoke English and so we did not have any problems communicating. Overall, a very good holiday.

Stay away. Dirty & old rooms with NO View!
Rudest manager. Dirty &old rooms! Stained, dirty carpets.No view. Old bananas in cupboards. Not recommended. We left early- tried to get a room with view and manager Was so rude. Would not even offer it with an increased payment. One barman in hotel lounge. Spa closes at 7pm!! Just terrible!

Very average for a 4*
We only stayed one night and was overall disappointed. This was the only 4* hotel we stayed in over a 2 week period and it was the worst out of 5 other 3* hotels we stayed at. The local area is great but the hotel comfort was not the best. The extra amenities like a spa and jacuzzi might be why this hotel gets the 4* rating.

Staff were so helpful. The hotel has an amazing spa! Wish we would have had more time to use it. Easy walk to downtown for restaurants. And even if you stay in non-ski season, be sure to visit Rossutte mountain via the gondola..amazing views of the mountains.

Stunning
Lovely hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff, both on reception and in the restaurant. The breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a variety of dishes and good vegetarian options. The spa area is fantastic, in particular the outdoor pool and hot tub, surrounded by snow. Our room was spacious with a powerful shower and comfortable bed. From the large balcony, there was a great view of the mountains and church. The hotel is a very short walk from the centre of town and within easy reach of the local ski area. I would definitely return.

The hotel and staff was very nice but rooms need to be updated. The food was wonderful and the location is perfect since it is right adjacent from the cross country ski center. The town is lovely and walkable with nice shops and cafes

Es gibt alte und renovierte zimmer, deswegen haben wir schon voher nachgefragt welches zimmer wir bekommen würden, wir hatten das misty peaks doppelzimmer. Bei der anreise wurde uns gleich klar, es gibt wirklich sehr wenig parkplätze in der tiefgarage, also Glückssache wenn man einen bekommt. Dadurch, dass aber alles sehr gut zu fuß zu erreichen war (christkindlmarkt, viele geschäfte, schwimmbad usw.) haben wir das auto stehen lassen können Die mitarbeiter sind wirklich sehr bemüht und auch wenn sie kein fließendes deutsch können machen sie super arbeit! :) Das Zimmer war wie auf den fotos sehr schön, wenn man genauer hinsieht merkt man dass es renoviert worden ist z.b noch an den fenstern, balkon, aber nicht störend. Das frühstücksbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und für jeden ist was dabei. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen und würden jederzeit wieder her kommen, wichtig ist nur schon voher zu klären ob man ein altes oder renoviertes zimmer bekommt, da es dort große unterschiede gibt.

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich in vielen Teilen neu renoviert. Gerade das Restauarant, der Wellnessbereich und das Fitnessstudio haben überzeugt. Große Abzüge gibt es beim Service. Weder waren genügend Handtücher noch Bademäntel im Zimmer, noch wurde der Kühlschrank von den Vorgängern geleert. Nur durch mehrmaliges nachfragen, wurden die Themen abgestellt. Für ein Hotel in dieser Kategorie sind die Zimmer deutlich renovierungsbedürftig.

The hotel is outdated in many ways! Upon arrival, you have to be lucky to get a parking spot as places are limited. The so-called Spa is in need of a renovation. It is quite dark, small/cramped, chairs were partially broken, there were no lights in the showers and in general it is lacking a sense for details - especially for a 4-star wellness hotel. Also the rooms in the old part of the hotel are totally overpriced. The carpets were dirty, the sink was broken, the toilet door didn‘t close properly, the tv is smaller than my laptop screen, a plug was partially hanging from the wall, the ripped belt loop of the bathrobe was provisionally repaired with a knot and the lights had next to no brightness whatsoever. The only positive thing I can say about the room is it had a decent size. On a positive note, the restaurant area has been renovated very nicely and the breakfast was good. Also the breakfast staff were very friendly.

Außenpool ok, Innenpool mit Spa sehr schön. Wir waren im „alten“ Hotel, es war sauber, alles funktionierte und es hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht! Das Frühstück war eine 10 von 10! Parken, es könnten mehrere Parkplätze geben.

Fint hotell som vi lyckades boka till kampanjpris. Dyrt i vanliga fall och kanske inte värt ordinarie pris. Lyxig känsla på hotellet. Magisk frukostbuffe och glutenfria och laktosfria alternativ. Poolen kändes lite nergången, trasiga plattor mm.
