“Never again”

Very dirty and run down.

“Does not meet AmericInn standards.”

We have stayed at many AmericInn motels in the midwest & the West, and the one in Inver Grove Heights does not meet the high standards of other AmericInn's. The rooms are not quiet . The hallways, stairwells and carpet needed cleaning and/or replacing. The room was adequate, but not extremely good like other AmericInn motels.

Good restaurants in the area. Within walking distance to Applebee's & a great pizza place.

“Work trip”

Very nice, clean comfortable room; quiet at night. My only complaint--why do they put the gym on the same floor as the smoking rooms?

“Very quiet; comfortable beds.”

A better-than-average breakfast provided, but the area available to eat your breakfast is a bit small for the number of people staying at the time we were there.
