“It was OK”

I liked the location with restaurants, gas, some stores within walking distance. The hotel staff had no idea there were walking trails nearby. In fact the front desk was not much help with anything. The maid was a delight and did a wonderful job, very friendly and happy.

“Very nice.”

The hotel was very clean. The staff friendly. The pool area bigger than most country inns. The biggest perk for our visit was the shuttle to and from the Mall of America.

“Nice place but not the best customer service”

Nice hotel with a nice breakfast, the customer service really wasn't not what I would have expected. From the time I called to get information until I checked out I wasn't impressed. They were short with their answers and I saw no desire to go the extra mile for the patrons. It really doesn't make me want to stay at another country inn and suites.

“Good stop on a quick vacation”

“A nice experience”

This was the ideal place as three families met up to go to a wedding- we sat and talked in the lounge area and met up for breakfast in the mornings- a nice experience.

“Room smelled of smoke and it was labeled non-smoking room!!”

It was in a easy access area of the city, but we were not impressed with the room right when we arrived. The room smelled very strong of smoke right when we walked in. It was also very stuffy and warm. It was cold outside, but to get it cleared out we had to turn on the AC. The TV was really nice and the bathroom was clean, but the smell was the biggest turn-off. Will not return due to the smell of the room.

“Won't Stay Here Again”

We chose this chain because we have been very pleased with the quality of the motel. This one was far below standard. The rug in the room was grossly stained and there were a cigarette burns on the bathroom sink (in a non smoking room). The quality of the food at breakfast was also sub-par - slimy sausage patties. We expected more from this moderate priced suite.
