Central location

Posted Dec 4, 2014
Pros: It was centrally placed for visiting Invercargill.
Cons: The signage for the Main Entrance!
Location: By car we went to Bluff to take the ferry to Stuart Island for the day.
If you want a view this is not for you ! However it is clean secure and comfortable and you can park your car in a secure garage at the back of the property for $5 a night PREBOOKED. Access to the garage was from inside the building via a lift. A good nights sleep!

Compact, clean, central

Posted Dec 3, 2014
Pros: Reasonably priced, while having adequate facilities (nice shower, kitchenette, great desk)
Cons: -
Location: Very central. Walking distance to supermarket.
The apartment was small (but not in a bad way), clean, had good kitchen facilities (i.e. cutlery and a microwave in the room as well as a shared kitchen space with stoves/pans etc), right in the center of town. Staff were friendly, and facilities were good. Would most diffidently stay again if i was down in Invercargill.

Good hotel and nice and close to the city

Posted Oct 21, 2014
Pros: Good value and centrally located.
Cons: Fridge noisy and donnas could be cleaner.
Location: Sops and restaurants were in easy access
Clean tidy and very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and tidy and had most things you need. It was nice and quiet at night with very little street noise. So overall a very pleasing stay.

Room was very tired, the blind was broken, the fridge was leaking. There were no dining facilities all that was offered was a $10 breakfast pack. I think that accommodation directories should state if there are no dining facilities available.

Good value for money

Posted Jul 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
Very convenient to the city. Front desk staff was very welcoming. Happy that we also had undercover carpark. The communal areas are tidy and quite welcoming (was tempted to help complete the jigsaw puzzle left on the table in the communal living space). Would be quite ideal for group bookings. Would definitely use again if we are ever in Invercargill. Cheers.

Close to shopping

Posted Jul 26, 2014
Pros: Cheap and handy to shopping which was the purpose of our visit.
Cons: Shower.
Location: We were ther to shop.
Compact room , friendly and efficient receptionist. Bathroom quite small and no curtain or door so water goes all over the floor no matter how careful you are .
