Gone to the dogs!

The problem I had with the hotel is that they allow guests to bring their dogs. I'm not talking about little lap dogs-these are full size hunting dogs. They were barking until nearly midnight and started again at 6 am! We complained to the desk and were told there is nothing that can be done but leave a note for the manager! I will not stay here again or recommend it.

Not my first choice

This hotel was under remodel. They apologized for having no table or chairs in the room as they would be arriving the next day. We had no problem with that. Staff was friendly and hot tub felt amazing, however, while sound asleep the morning of check out a maid and a few construction crew promptly used a key and barged in our room and flipped on the lights! I was like, "HELLO?!!!" The maid apologized several times and said she had the wrong room, but I'm still irritated. If your going through construction or remodel of a hotel and still request guests to stay there be considerate!! I brought it to the attention of management who laughed at the situation finding it amusing. I will not share what comments I had on that!

This motel should be rated a 2 star It may be fairly new but the rooms are very small and the beds are uncomfortable. Not worth the rate they are charging.
