“Highly recommended”

Our Junior Suite room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food in the hotel lounge was excellent. We stayed while on vacation but spoke with many business travelers at the hotel as well. This would definitely be my first choice in Iquitos.

There is a hotel that supposedly is superior to this. It's called th eDorado. We visited the El dorado and could not really see the value in paying double for it. We liked the hotel and loved their tour reccomendations. Would certainly return. Actually did. On our way back from the lodgein the jungle was styed here again and proved that quality service was not an accident but the norm

“Very good choice to stay in Iquitos”

This was a very dood choice, to choose hotel Victoria regia to spend one night before my jungle retreat. From the airport pick up to the check out everything went smooth and above and beyond my expectations. Kind and proffessional reception staff, nice and comfortable room, spotlessly clean room, bathroom and public areas. After long and exhausting international flight, the only thing one wants is fast check in, hot shower and comfortable bed. And this is what I've got. Fluffy and clean towels, enough amenities, comfortable bed. I slept like a baby. Breakfast staff was attentive, kind and proffessional. Good choice and variety of brakfast buffet, I was nicely surprised. Even some 4 stars and 5 stars hotels in Europe are not as good as Victoria regia was. My congratulations to hotel management for the good training that you provided to your staff, I can see it because I am on executive position in hotel industry for years, and have been working for the best hotels and cruise lines in the world. On the way back from jungle, I wanted to stay again for one more night, but there was no rooms free. I stayed in another hotel in iquitos of same category, and they were far far behind Victoria Regia in every aspect. I will deffinitely recommend this hotel to all of my friends and bussiness partners.

“amazing iquitos”

it was a VERY nice 3 star hotel at a reasonable rate. the food in the restaurant/bar was great as were the staff. the pool was great; located in the middle of the hotel and surrounded by all the rooms. they have a free airport shuttle and store your stuff (we had a lot of stuff) for free when you go on overnight tours. the breakfast was good and plentiful. very friendly and helpful staff. free internet. within walking distance to the market and lots of shops and close to the river. iquitos is amazing - i wish we had stayed longer.

“Good Location, Comfortable”

The Victoria is a good mid-range option for Iquitos. Just a 10-min walk or a short taxi ride from the main square. Rooms are good sized and arranged around an open central courtyard. Breakfast buffet was very nice, in a little restaurant off the central courtyard. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

“I would go back. Just a few changes”

Too noise in the morning if your room is at street side. Motor taxies start very early. Quality of towels, hotel should change the old ones. It is need a sign to be placed at the door if you do not want to be disturbed. A book or similar next to the phone of the room will help with some general data of the hotel and other important subjects. All the rest ok.

“Worth it!”

My partner and I stayed here for a couple of days in a junior suite for the first time in mid-October. The staff were wonderful and the service was really great. We didn't hesitate to book back into the Victoria Regia on our return from a couple of days of meetings in Lima. Second time around, we were upgraded to a full suite that was excellent, quiet and comparable to a good quality hotel anywhere we have stayed in the world. I accidentally (yes... and stupidly lol) left my credit card in the ATM in the hotel lobby and it was returned to me by hotel staff shortly afterwards. Iquitos is one of the most incredible places I have ever visited in my life and this hotel was a big part of making us feel welcomed, safe and amazed in the middle of an adventure in the Amazon. We will return as soon as we possibly can!

“Impressed”

Pick up at Iquitos airport and free transfer to the hotel. Friendly welcome at the receptiondesk. Nice and clean (airconditioned) room. Swimmingpool with clean fresh water. Rich breakfest buffet. Free transfer back to the airport. We can recommend this hotel any time !

“Great stay”

Good location, within walking distance of the plaza, shops and restaurants. Internet cafe right across the street. Friendly customer service. I also stayed at their jungle lodge for a couple of nights which was wonderful. The hotel is being renovated/updated. The room was very comfortable and clean.
