“Very nice”

New, clean, attractive hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and professional. The room was very nice with great amenities. The only glitch was getting a king bed and pull out sofa rather than the reserved double due to overbooking, but that proved to be no problem. Great restaraunts, etc. nearby.

“Didn't want to leave”

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was large and very comfortable. We were there for our sons graduation from basic at Fort Jackson and even though we had to drive a little way it really worked out great for us. We definitely will be staying at these hotels again, have already looked to see if there is one in my folks hometown and lo and behold they have one that just opened, so we can't wait for Thanksgiving time, we know where we will be staying!

“Irmo's Best Hotel”

Great Hotel. I loved the set up of the rooms. Flat screen tv was great. Continental breakfast was great. Parking was great (no fees). I can't wait to go back.

Love this hotel chain! We've stayed at a Hyatt Place in both Orlando and Columbia --- both very clean, very modern, with a great concept. Love the food/bar court area.

“Easy to find, Great staff”

Arivving into Columbia it started to rain. I took a wrong turn out of airport, the front desk associate was good at giving me directions and had no trouble finding the hotel. Tired and hungry, he suggested a restraunt that would deliver. I was very happy with the hotel and the staff.
