"The hotel's in a quiet neighbourhood, which is near Mt Igueldo and the beach. There are some cafes and restaurants along "Matias", which make up for the c.20 mins walk to the Old Town. "
"Excellent facility, perfect size Room and Bathroom.
The city center is 15-20 minutes beautiful walk, there is a Bus Station outside the Hotel.
I really recommend this hotel!!"
"We were allocated room 127 which was close to the open atrium leading to reception and above the hotel's restaurant.
We could hear the dull thud of techno music from our room which is not what we paid for.
I went to reception to ask when it would cease and I was advised that it would "be soon".
At 10:00 pm, I wnt back to reception to say that I could still hear the music and was advised that it had been turned down but I advised the receptionist that I could still hear it from my room.
The receptionist allocated me a different room away from the noise. I did not need to move my luggage until I left the hotel the next day.
So although my initial experience was not good, the hotel did their best to rectify the issue as best they could.
So, I have awarded them 5 stars because the outcome was very satisfactory."
