Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We thought we would save some money by symtaying farther from the city but it’s not worth it. Very run down rooms ac was broken and we saw cockroaches in our room

Great hotel, very clean with everything you need for a stay in Paris. Out of the tourist hotspots so very affordable & great value, but only 10 mins on the train to Eiffel Tower area (main rail line and tram line just across the road). Great dining choices locally, including a fantastic food stall market located by the train station. Room was clean, spacious and had great facilities and the staff were really nice. What more could you need? We thoroughly enjoyed

The hotel was perfectly clean, the staff were helpful and polite. The rooms spacious, great air conditioned and spotless. The breakfast was good, the hot could be better (sloppy scrambled eggs). Great location, with great transport links.

Bald headed mixed race boy in his 30s very rude and disgusting attitude. When asked for towels and extra pillows he got very angry and denied us. He argued for 15 minutes straight and banged on about his ‘masters degree’ and showing his moral high ground whilst working minimum wage on the clock. Very rude staff. Would not recommend. Also no basic tea facilities in room, disgusting attitude from bald man in reception. Fire alarm went off with no explanation given at 7am about 5 times. It was sooooo loud my ear drums are still ringing. Will never return to this hotel had nightmares of the bald headed rude boy.

Augusto the front desk guy was a plus , very nice and educated guy , help us with everything , 5 stars for this guy . The hotel is nice for the price , if you want something better just pay $800-$1000 for day and stay right by the Eiffel Tower . Breakfast is OK and parking only for small cars like all Europe . Rooms or spacious but dusty , we call front desk and they come to clean , besides e everything else was ok .

Great Value - Close to PSG Ground
Great value stay in Paris. Attended PSG match which was easy to walk to. Convenient for Metro (across road). Very good breakfast included.

The room is clean. Breakfast is ok. Staff is also kind. wifi is fast too. Conveniently located near the station. There's just one problem: you can't check in until 14:00. Is it that crowded?

How they maximize the space in the room and able to put 2 extra single bed in the room. They room service the room every day. It is also conveniently located. Hopefully a grocery would open nearby so we do not need to walk 15 min or take a bus to get to one. Staff is very helpful

Rooms were nicely laid out. Otherwise, air conditioning was poor. At first we thought it was in need of repairs. We asked for someone to look at it. We ended up having to ask four times before someone finally came up, and only 2 days later. Room continued to be too warm. Staff are dressed casually (as they like) and mostly act that way as well. They were nice enough, but not really working as you'd expect for what's supposed to be a 4-star hotel. This was definitely more like a 3 or 3.5-star at best. As a 4-star, one would expect more. Floors of room had stains. Breakfast was not too bad. Mostly, it was too far away from anything if you're looking to see Paris's attractions. So overall, not a bad hotel, but not up to par for a 4-star, and badly located. Would not return, and I wonder if Novotel hotels are like that everywhere.

We stayed here in mid August as a family of 4. The room was clean and modern. The bed for the teens was a trundle bed and they both found it comfortable. There is a little mini kitchen with a sink, microwave and fridge. There were 2 washrooms, one with the toilet and sink and another with a large shower, bathtub, and sink. There were curtains to divide the parents room from the main living space and the bathroom with the shower, could be an issue for people that like more privacy but we were fine with it. Our AC wasn't working in our room while we were there but we made due with opening a window and let the front desk know when we checked out. We added breakfast to our stay, kids eat free. The buffet breakfast was pretty good and had a good variety so everyone ate well. There is also a little convenience store in the lobby to get some snacks and a Subway restaurant across the street. There is an RER station right by the hotel but it was closed for construction while we were there. There is also a tram close by.

Very helpful staff and the room was very nice. Our only disappointment, which was not the hotel's fault, was that the local train station was closed for the summer. The area is quite commercial, which wasn't a problem, but a few more local touristy type places (such as cafes and ice cream parlours) would have been great, given the situ with the trains. Uber was a God send and overall I highly recommend this hotel.
