Hôtel plein centre historique d'IstanbulPosted Jan 5, 2015

Good hotel close to all the sights.Posted Nov 25, 2014
Pros: The situation and the staff are great, the beds very comfortable, breakfast very good with lots of choices, you can actually make proper hot tea!
Cons: Cleanliness, attention to detail in public areas
Location: All the sights are nearby with lots of restaurants (go to the hassle free ones)
The staff were particularly good, helpful in every way. Intelligent and knowledgeable. The hotel needs a little attention to cleaning and detail. For example, the chandeliers, which are a great feature, are dusty and need cleaning, bulbs need replacing. The outside of the hotel needs upgrading-the step to the road is deep and uneven. The glass/Perspex covers over the ancient walls in the breakfast room need dusting. Otherwise it's great.

Satisfeito.Posted Jun 24, 2014 on Hotels.com

Good Old TownPosted Jun 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
Had 2 rooms for 2 nights in June 2014. The rooms were spacious, staff a little stiff but accommodating, everything worked fine, beds were comfortable, hot water was very hot, neighborhood is to die for. Just a few blocks from the hustle of Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque but this small one-way street had little traffic and was quiet. Restaurants, shops, restaurants, and restaurants are everywhere from Acra's doorstep for a couple blocks in any direction. Breakfast was good; served in a room where old city walls are preserved under glass.

Hôtel accueillant, proche des lieux touristiques.Posted May 24, 2014

Kleines Hotel mitten in SultanahmedPosted Apr 14, 2014

very pleasant stay with few butsPosted Sep 20, 2013
Pros: the personnel
Cons: room facilities
Location: excellent location, near major sites to visit and shopping area
The hotel staff were very helpful and nice. They would offer us coffee and snacks any time we miss the breakfast period. They were also helpful in advising us where to go for visiting or shopping, made good tours reservations for us. Even arranged a fixed price transportation to the airport in early morning (3:30 AM) Two problems though. 1- the hotel address is difficult to find by all taxis. you have to indicate the nearest land mark (like blue mosque or the Arasta bazar) 2- the room we had had two major problems: the shower needed fixing and we were located under the reception area so when midnight customers checked in (some very noisy) they wake you up and you cannot get back to sleep. Over all I would insist on an upper level room and check all bathroom installation before unloading your suitcases.

Better than expected.Posted Sep 10, 2013
Pros: Location, rooms size & comfort & friendly staff.
Cons: Most of the hotels in the area offered free airport transfer but this hotel did not.
Location: The hotel is located within walking distance of San Sophia, the Blue Mosque & the Topkapi Palace. Great restaurants nearby.
I spent 5 nights at this hotel. It was recommended by a number of sources including Lonely Planet. The reviews were spot on. It is well located & the rooms were excellent. The breakfast room is a real surprise!
