No hot water they reduce the water temperature after 10 am to save money in a 4 star hotel ???, very small room for the double superior see view room, non professional staff with 0 English, No coffee machine or toaster are working in their disaster and very poor breakfast, they keep bothering you even if you hung the sign for not nocking the door on you room door. No coffee or tee or even water in the room. it was a terrible experience compare to the other hotels that i have been during my previous visits to Istanbul. don't even think to go there.

If I could I would give zero star. There was no hot water in the shower for the duration of stay. The rooms were never cleaned even though we requested this. The breakfast was rubbish. The toaster was not working. There is no lamp shed next to your bed. We had to request this. We had booked room with a view and balcony. The balcony was shared with two rooms so no privacy. The air Condition stopped working at night. When we complained to the manager he just laughed off. There was no one who took us seriously. I will never recommend or I think expedia and other agencies should remove this hotel from their list.

Decent place
The hotel was a good place to stay in a very local convenient area to Sultanahmet. The only room for improvement I could add is slightly thinner pillows as they were quite big and we all found them a bit uncomfortable at first. Getting hold of an iron isn’t the easiest either so bare that in mind. Overall great price and experience

Voor de relatief lage prijs een uitstekende locatie. Vriendelijk personeel en prima kamer. Geen grote kamer maar voor een citytrip prima. Het ontbijt is sober. Al met al een aanrader gelet op de prijs kwaliteit verhouding. De ligging, op enkele minuten van de Blauwe Moskee is ideaal.

New staff better service
The best hotel in Istanbul! The staff were friendly and helpful and great! The best service and the best cleaning! The receptionists were available 24/7 and always willing to help! We will most definitely come back again!

Aucune propreté. Le petit déjeuné étais affreux. Il es noté 4ou 5 étoiles alors qu’il mérite 2 étoiles grand maximum Par contre le personnel étaient grave gentils et respectueux.
