Nice small hotel with supporting staff.Posted Apr 9, 2014
Pros: Very quiet and clean.
We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The room was clean and relatively comfortable although it did not have a good view. The hotel was also very close to most of the major attractions and restaurants. Hotel looks very safe and secure.

Good LocationPosted Feb 8, 2014
It is in a good location. Right across from the Blue Mosque. The room smelled of sewer. Not sure if this is common in Istanbul. If we kept the bathroom door shut, it was fine. The staff were very helpful and nice. Many restaurants close by.

Hotel is between Blue Mosque and Hagia SophiaPosted Jan 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
I love the location. It's small hotel as others, we pay the price for the small room but great location. I am in terrace in the morning and evening to view and take pictures for the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Bosphorus river and sunrise. Complimentary breakfast is better than I am expected. It's difficult to find the hotel if you take public transportation, so just ask the Blue Mosque and Sophia, then you take the road between two buildings, leading you to the hotel.

Good location, great servicePosted Dec 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
Great location, just under the shadow of the Blue Mosque. Service was great, the continental breakfast was very good as well. Great value for the money!!!

Very close to Blue (Sultanahmet) MosquePosted Dec 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
The room was nice, clean sheets, wood (laminate?) floors. Free wireless. Very convenient location if you want to see the Blue Mosque or Hagia Sophia. It is across the street from the Blue House hotel. My room was next to the lobby which was noisy and made it hard to sleep. It quieted down after 10:30PM. You can go up on the roof if you want, which offers a nice view. It appears that smoking is allowed on the roof, and also the air intakes are on the roof, which explains why my room smelled like cigarette smoke in the morning. Breakfast (free) is very nice with a wide assortment of just about everything.

Great location; excellent valuePosted Nov 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
Title says it all. A block from the Blue Mosque and the Aya Sophia, a short walk from both the Topkapi Palace and the Archeological Museum (don't miss it). The room was spotless and the bedding comfortable, though some reading lights near the bed would have been welcome. The staff was always pleasant and happy to help and their English was generally quite good (and quite a bit better than my Turkish). Breakfast was simple but more than adequate. The morning call to prayer from the Blue Mosque will certainly wake you, but it is Istanbul and there are better things to do than sleep.

Very convinient LocationPosted Oct 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
Great Location! Very close to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and Topaki palace. It is close to the Mesale café where they have live music and a Dervish dancer. Some may have a problem with the live music but we really enjoyed it !

Excellent hotel located in the heart of IstanbulPosted Sep 22, 2013
Great hotel with very friendly staff and is located literally on the door step of the grand Sultanahmet (Blue) Masjid and other sites such as Hagia Sophia & the Sultanahmet fountain.

Excellent location and very cleanPosted Sep 21, 2013
Pros: Location and cleanliness.
Cons: A little more variety at breakfast; ringing the changes, rather than serving exactly the same thing each day might creat a better impression.
Location: Excellent, with good, efficient public transport links to other parts of the city.
The Aristocrat is located just off the main square linking Aya Sophia and the Blue Mosque, in a quiet semi-pedestrianised street. Most of the main attractions (including the Topkapi and the Basilica Cistern) are literally within 200 to 300 yards. There are also lots of restaurants close by, mainly down the hill behind the hotel. There is also a tram stop within a few hundred yards. The hotel is very clean and the people friendly and helpful. The rooms are fairly small, but this is the centre of Istanbul, and perfectly adequate for a few nights. Breakfast is reasonable.

Wonderful!Posted Aug 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
Great, refurbished hotel next to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was tasty. I would however recommend bringing earplugs due to its proximity to the Blue Mosque (call to prayer happens at 5am- it's loud). You would find the same to be true anywhere in Istanbul.
