Don't believe anything you read, all of it its false, the owner never answer emails, therefore he will never pick you up at the airport, no multilingual satff either, only one guy, who is actually very nice and helpful, he does his best, but he is runing the place by himself, and he does not speak english, we comunicated with hands and translator app on our cellphones, he is very nice and treated us great, but maintenance is non existent, bathroom door knob was broken, only one plastic stool to sit on was cracked, shower door had a leak and water leaks everywhere, no bell downstairs, so when you tour guide comes to pick you up.....you better be downstairs early, or they will leave......It happened to us. You have been warned!!!!

Cons: owner should read his own website
Hotel changed hands 6 weeks ago so no records of our booking. Eventually english speaking owner turned up, after some time we were offered basement apartment. No english speaking reception, no fridge, no chairs in room, no cooking equipment, only one plastic plate, plastic knife and one glass. cleaner did empty rubbish but no clean towels for our 4 day stay. Roof terrace, no chairs, no tables but nice pile of bricks.Wi-fi by opening window and balancing i-pad outside.Air conditioning blew fuse when turned on.No ironing facilities Plus side, fair sized room, good shower room, satellite tv, (mainly turkish) electric kettle. radiator in room. double bed, wardrobe, 2 bed side cabinets (wouldnt fit by bed) and desk. Asked for seats and was given dirty plastic garden chair. Well located for attractions

The hotel is a fraud!

Posted Sep 19, 2011 on Hotels.com
The hotel was still under construction for entire renewal, but they listed different hotel's photo to the Hotel.com site and was accepting customers online. We called the hotel one day in advance to make sure, but the manager didn't tell us anything about their inability to accommodate customers. It was only when we arrived the hotel that we found out the situation. We had to search for another hotel to stay for that night, which was difficult because all other hotels in Sultan Ahmed area was quite fully booked. The particular area is scary as well. The street was narrow and shady, and as we were standing outside finding another hotel fishy neighbors came trying to induce us.
