The hotel is conveniently located close to the Grand Bazaar, close to a tram-station, so getting to there via public transport is very easy. I had emailed specifically to inquire about a double-bed, only to arrive to a room with two single bed. Although they did move me to a room fitting the requirements (a double-bed and another single-bed we did not use), it was right next to the air-conditioning unit, which made it noisy whenever the A/C was switched on. As for wifi, they give per-device wifi pass-codes, and the wifi on our floor (first floor) did not work at all. The signal at the lobby was very weak, and downloading any pdf was very slow. Breakfast, included in the price, was okay, but you had to pay extra for fresh juice and omlet. The staff at the reception had passable English and tried to be helpful to a degree. As I was at the reception, a couple arrived very late at night, only to be told the hotel is overbook so they need to go to another hotel for the night. They came back furious as the suggested hotel was 2-star and, according to them, unsuitable. I am not sure how the discussion ended. The receptionist were relentless there was no space and the couple had to take the 2-star offer.
